“If you are looking for a place to send your packages, this USPS is the best. Iara is great, friendly, professional and efficient. She answers my questions and completes the transaction in a timely efficient manner every single time. It’s the only USPS I have used for years now. Over the years, with sending packages within the state, across the US and internationally, Iara has provided excellent customer service so that my needs and concerns were met and my packages delivered successfully. Highly recommend.”

“The staff are always professional. You can expect a line on Monday mornings. Parking is good. Prices are outrageous. The place is shabby and understocked . Federal government has been trying to privatize US Postal Service’s for eight years and I don’t like that. There used to be something called “public” services and that used to be considered a good thing. I still consider public services a good thing. I’d rather my tax dollars go to public services than to war.”

“Co-worker recommended it. Went one night and it was chained off closed, went one morning and the line had 6 cars (too long for me). Went tonight after work and chain was down, went in, paid the basic to try and drove my car up to the wash. Attendant scrubbed and pressure washed my car from top to bottom, front and back and tires. Then the car went through the actual car wash tunnel. I was impressed! I’ve tried 3 car wash clubs in Florida where attendants “pre-wash” and these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Hands down, best care for your car. Vacuum I tried, there’s about 6 spots, nothing out of the ordinary, and smooth. Four stars for me just on the schedule part not knowing when they operate. Other than that, great experience.”

“I went to this post office to send a card, and when I arrived, there were about six people ahead of me. Surprisingly, the wait was very short — maybe only 5 to 7 minutes.
The employees were all smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful with every customer. Arron was the person who helped me, and he was extremely kind. When I asked about different stamp designs, he went out of his way to find several options for me, including flowers, birds, and more, so I could choose the ones I liked best. He also helped me buy a booklet because I wanted extra stamps to keep at home.
I had an amazing experience here, and honestly, I’ve always had wonderful experiences at this USPS location. But seeing Arron take the extra step to help me find the perfect stamps really stood out. He could have easily said, “These are the only ones we have,” but instead, he went above and beyond with such a kind and positive attitude.

“This 5-star review is for Jose. He had made the experience of dropping off my packages for my etsy shop actually bareable. I've dropped off my packages to many other USPS locations some closer to where I live and some farther away and almost 100% of those experiences have either been unwelcoming or have left me feeling stupid for asking simple questions about the tracking on one of my packages that was sent(Miami Gardens location). I honestly feel like Jose should be used as an example for how to interact with the public let alone people conducting business with this establishment. Anyways. This is my favorite USPS location because of him and hopefully he gets recognition for it.”

“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! “I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Lately, they have not had enough staff on the front during peak times. I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.”
“Initial Review (5 stars - 02/28/2026) - I was in Fort Lauderdale for a professional development event and realized that I had forgotten to mail a bill prior to leaving my out-of-state home. I needed a quick remedy to send my payment to ensure that the vendor received it on time. This USPS office was the closest one to my hotel and to my training location. The postal clerk was pleasant and so helpful. She understood what I needed to accomplish and guided me through preparing the materials to mail my payment. I return to this area regularly for work purposes. If I have a similar issue in the future, I will definitely patronize this post office location. It was a great experience!”

“This is a small boutique USPS store located in the rear of Coral Ridge Mall in East Fort Lauderdale.
The agent was polite and helpful, and I was happily surprised that they provide different types of black markers for their customers to self-serve their shipping needs.
I came in with my box ready to ship, but because the contents were fragile, I asked if they had stickers or tape labeled, FRAGILE, for added protection. That's when the agent directed me to the self-serve counter to use the fat marker and label my box accordingly.
There weren't a lot of customers in the store. I was the second in line both times and the wait was good, compared to other USPS locations.
The one thing which is very confusing is that the entrance is the exit and those who go into the entrance to access their PO Boxes, have to walk all the way around, instead of simply across (one set of doors is to the left and another set to the right) to enter the store.
While there may be an unseen purpose in having done this, it's not common logic for their customers--and it's inconvenient to have to walk around on the sidewalk to get to the entranceway.
Withal, it was a positive experience!”

“I've had mostly good experiences at this location, the place is sometimes understaffed at peak hours, but that's hardly the fault of the employees. If you want to blame anyone, blame our current leaders for cutting funding and trying to dismantle a public service to line their own pockets. A lot of complaints I've been seeing on here are either very petty, to obvious lies, but you know the obvious reason for that is....”
