“Super easy airport rental pickup. Walk right to the Gold President Circle, found my name, went to the spot, and drove out. The whole process took less than 5 mins. Return was even easier, just drove up, left the keys in and walked away. The car rental is only about 5 mins walk into the security (tiny airport anyways) so it was super efficient! AND.....everyone there was uber pleasant too.”

“I have only used Hertz in Ft. Myers, FL one time and was pleased with the experience. My group landed at 9:30 am on a Friday morning and we had no problems with picking up the car. The car was clean and freshly washed. Dropping off the car was also easy. However, I wish they had been more explicit about what our options were with utilizing a SunPass. I felt as thought I had to ask a lot of questions in order to really understand the different packages that were offered with regard to the SunPass. In case the staff doesn't independently tell you, be sure to ask what your SunPass options are and indicate where you are staying / traveling to, in order to see what the best option would be for you.”

“Was having a blast until we went to charge our Polestar 2 EV and it said it was going to take 9 hours to charge 60%. Soooooo yeah we took it back and got a nice Toyota Camry Sport which they did charge us $10 more a day since they call that a mid size and the Polestar 2 a compact, problem with that is the Polestar 2 is actually bigger... They should tell individuals that are getting these how long they can take to charge. But they got us another vehicle so back to having a blast!”
