“Super easy airport rental pickup. Walk right to the Gold President Circle, found my name, went to the spot, and drove out. The whole process took less than 5 mins. Return was even easier, just drove up, left the keys in and walked away. The car rental is only about 5 mins walk into the security (tiny airport anyways) so it was super efficient! AND.....everyone there was uber pleasant too.”

Got a decent car and a good price for a dropoff at a different airport location. Drop off was extremely easy as well. No hidden fees, upgrades, upsells... I paid in full in advance and got no unpleasant surprises or hassles.”

“Pre paid for a rental prior to trip to SW Florida. There was no line when arriving to the reception desk. The 2 ladies working were very nice and informational. Explained anything that I was confused or not briefed on regarding fees and such. They were clear about all instructions and guidelines of the agreement and how to return the vehicle. Upgraded me from a compact vehicle to a compact SUV and the vehicle was brand new and it was nice and clean full of gas! The deposit I had to put down since I didn’t want to use my credit card, was 500 or so. It was only 2 days and I had the deposit returned back to me. I saw some reviews and was skeptical, but it was a good exp for me for sure! Thanks for the business!”
