“Never used Dollar before so I was Didn’t know what to expect. Iris, who took care of us at RSW was great. She was super friendly and candid. We asked about an upgrade and she told us exactly what it would cost and answered all our questions. Vehicle was what we needed. Not a whole lot of selection though, which wasn’t a big deal because we weren’t traveling far.”
