“I really like the newer setup of this gas station it is spacious and designed in a way that you arent stuck in line so if a pump opens up you can drive right to it. Some seem to not have caught on to this and sit and wait but if you see a GREEN pump icon on the column you can safely drive up to that pump.”

“This past week I was gifted a membership to Costco. It's been many years since I had a membership to this type of club. And back in the day it was very hard to get into a club like this as they had strict rules as to who could become a member. I went on a Tuesday mid-afternoon, and the place was mobbed with people. After a very quick visit to the service desk to get my picture taken and receive my card.... off I went to explore the store and check out every aisle. Man I was exhausted after that lol it's huge. The staff that I encountered were friendly and smiling. The physical plant was clean and kept up. The shelves were for the most part we're neat and stocked with everything they were supposed to. Some of the popular food stuffs were sparse but there were still items available on the shelf and/or workers restocking. Now the whole idea of going to these places is to help your family save some money by buying in bulk. I bought seven items after spending two and a half hours walking through.. I was careful of what I purchased ,not only because I thought the item was a good price but buying in bulk and me being single, causes a storage problem at my home ...especially in my freezer lol. I think it defeats my purpose to cut expenses and buy another freezer so that I could store all the stuff that I would have normally purchased at a regular store from Costco instead. Since this was my first time and I was dipping my toe in and getting a feeling for what was available at Costco , I can see in my future I will be more careful and be able to plan what food stuffs I will not buy at a regular grocery store and wait and buy in bulk at Costco. To be honest as a single person I saved about $26 in the items that I purchased... but they are larger bulkier items that will definitely last longer .I will just need to make more room in my storage for them. And since I like fresh... it's sort of a wash for me as to what I can purchase other than dry goods,since I don't really have The extra room to store the bulkier items.If I had a family ...without a doubt it's a good value, and in my opinion a smart move to shop at Costco. Looking forward to going back to shop at Costco. Keep up the great work.”

“Finally had my first Costco experience! I visited on Sunday and got there right at 10am when the location opened and the parking lot was almost all the way full. Staff was really helpful and quick at the front counter where my friend got her Costco card. We made our way around the store and found some unique snacks in the middle section. I picked out cute pajamas and an athletic dress, which will be good for these hotter months. Lots of really good deals on pantry staples and paper goods. My favorite find was my $10 insulated cooler bag. It was massive and kept my cold items chilly while shopping. I also really like the huge selection of prepared meals in the back. I snagged a gyro kit for dinner. The self check out line was long but we opted for the regular check out which was super fast. To get the full Costco experience, I purchased the $1.50 hot dog + soda combo and $1.99 pepperoni pizza slice. Everything was very good and plenty of seats available. The only con was exiting the store. The lines to exit were gridlock and past the registers. It was a lengthy amount of time to get out of the store.”

“Bought tires here, so I came when I had a nail. I called to make an appointment, but it was one week out. I made it just in case. I had to upgrade to Plus just to get in to talk to someone. I used an app in the parking lot because I didn't think they would let me in. After I did, I found out that there was a promotion inside Sam's to get $10 off plus membership. Just one more thing that I went back to have them fix. The tire people are all great in the tire center. Ryan and Chris are awesome. They said I could wait for it but could take all day. The appointment didn't show, so they did my tire. I also bought 2 wiper blades, and they put them on. They checked my battery, too. It's too bad you can't make an appointment on the app or online. You can over the phone, but clearly, they are using a call center. My person had a strong accent, and I had to repeat myself. Also, why not offer promotions on the app and in-store. If not, put a banner on the app that says what the in-store promotion is, so if you want it, I know to go inside. I thought Sam's wants people to use the app? It just makes more aggravation. Sam's needs better purchasing people. No in-store fiber pills, Calm, Adidas clothing but I can buy them in Costco. They also let stuff linger some items in now are the same items that were there from November. Some people at checkout and in customer service really need to get re-evaluated, they look and act miserable to guests.”

I've never seen them be out of stock of anything besides water during hurricane season. The best times to go are on Tuesday and Wednesday; the worst are the weekend...Sunday and Monday especially. The lines are always extremely long and people will be in your way. No one will say excuse me and will literally just stand in the middle of the aisle The veggies can sometimes be a hit or miss on being fresh btw. I took a star away because it's sometimes hard to find help! I'll usually have to ask an employee who's working the clothes area. The meat department employees are wishy-washy, some are very help but others will treat you stupid. My favorite is the employee who workers the veggie area! He's super sweet and seems to remember me since I shop so often The cashiers are also sweet but can be slow but understandable when a customer has almost the whole store in their cart lolOh and the gas station is insane, I recommend going early any of the days but again noticed it less busy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with random spikes during lunch and rush hour (obviously)”

“Variety and selection of the items is great only reason for the 4 stars is because I have the app and not a physical card and they don't have the "technology " at the gas pumps to scan for the the membership. So just keep in mind if you only have the app you will need to go to customer service to get the physical card before pulling up to the pump. Other than that inconvenience, great 2 tier cake for $29.99. Tastes great and can't beat the price.”

“I used to be a Sam's Club member many moons ago when I lived in Pittsburgh and that was the only member warehouse in town. Once I discovered Costco, I thought Sam's was junk! On a recent return, I changed my mind.I thought the quality of products at Sam's has greatly improved in the past 10 or so years. Maybe it's because Walmart has also upped its game too.They also have good prices on Gasoline although the way the line works at this location kinda sucks. I don't know how to describe it other than that. It's probably OK with no line, but it's hard to gauge which line to get into before they split.I'll return to Sam's club for sure now that I'm a member. Out of the big 3 in Orlando, I'd rate it behind Costco, but ahead of BJ's (the store, not the brewery or the other acronym).”

“I am indeed a Costco fan this in particular Costco has a way of coming and and getting tangled with the gas station crowd. (I do see that they are fixing that with a new gas station area away from the Costco store) They staff are always helpful when going here, they always seems to have what I am looking for as well. They aren't short on the supplies. The samples are always a plus I'm glad that they brought them back as it makes me want to buy even more, knowing I go in there with a mission. The only thing that could change is if they accept Mastercard which I'm sure there is a good reason they do not. But nonetheless I do recommend this business.”

“Generally, Costco is a great deal. Their private label items are usually good to great quality as well. The stores are somewhat all laid out the same, which is great. Plus, their cashiers are usually so efficient that even long lines go by quickly. Selection, as with any Costco, can be hit-and-miss. If you find something great you like, it might not be there the next time you are in the store. Parking at this particular store is dreadful. I know they are working on part of the lot so hopefully that concern will go away soon. The other thing I found a little odd here was the sales push near the front of the store. I believe it was for a mobile carrier? I had to say no to two different people. Sorry, if I was interested I would be asking about it.”

If there are any issues with my prescriptions or insurance the Pharmacy staff always takes the time to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Additionally, the Pharmacy prices are very competitive and the OTC items are always well-stocked.”
