“I took my cat and was a bit worried about the grooming process because my cat hates baths. He came back looking fresh, and extremely well-mannered. I think he enjoyed the grooming, and the groomers took such good care of him. I watched as they gently got him out of his carrier and did their job, making sure my cat was comfortable along the way.”

“Hands down, one of the greatest veterinarian experiences. I wanted to find a new vet for my Russian Tortoise as we are new to the area. Given how challenging finding a good quality and affordable vet is nowadays, I was extremely hesitant to try one I simply found on the Internet. Lo and behold, I came across Dr. Rolfe and her team at the Bird & Exotic Hospital off Lake Worth Road. Finding the office was made easy thanks to their ability to text you the location, as well as a detailed list of what they would like for you to bring in. I also received a first-time patient survey that provided them with basic information about my tortoise. When I arrived, I found ample parking in a rather large and spacious parking lot. I strolled into a very well-maintained and modern clinic. I was given a warm greeting by one of the front desk staff. They provided me with visitation details and directed me to their comfortable waiting room, filled with plenty of chairs and reading material. I waited no more than five minutes before we were called in. The nurse was extremely polite and outgoing. She took a detailed history as well as answered any basic questions I had. Immediately after, Dr. Rolfey came in and saw my tortoise. Similar to her staff, she was kind and respectful. She took the time to answer my questions and was very funny! It was very welcoming here. I felt like they were talking with me, not at me. They provided me with the costs of every service and product they offered, with no pressure to do anything, while suggesting their honest opinion if I should or should not do something for my tortoise. Before I departed, they gave me a list of suggestions as well as my bill. Paying was very easy too. I cannot believe how well I was treated here. I frankly wish my personal primary care doctor took as much time as the staff of Bird & Exotic Hospital did to thoroughly answer all my questions and provide guidance.”

“Everyone was super amazing. we brought our two dogs to the self wash, and both the owner and workers were very helpful of anything we needed. very easy to work with. We used our own products and tools although they have anything you would need. Including towels and tables! Definitely suggest anyone wondering goes and tries it. we definitely will return.”

“I like this local store, which has a wide variety of cat food, just what I need for my fussy fur baby. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Every once in a while there's a kitty or two or three up for adoption and a few other animals such as rabbits, gerbils, and so on. The clean store is also a fun place to wander around to browse at the fish in the tanks and other things.”

“Six months ago I adopted a big, strong, beautiful Pitbull from an inmate training program. Rocco's skills were decent, but his prey drive was extreme. If he saw a squirrelor rabbit it was game on! Walking Rocco safely was a real challenge. I was heartbroken to think I would maybe have to surrender Rocco. I spoke with the Coordinator of the inmate training program and my vet. Both of them recommended Pro Dog Academy. Oscar is a warm hearted, truthful guy. He's super knowledgeable and a real professional. I really think he's a magician because after 2 weeks of boot camp training Rocco has made great strides in his behavior. Walking him is now so enjoyable!! Thank you so much, Oscar. We went and got it!! My online order never got to store (why?) but they had it and adjusted my bill-great guys! They even had tank set up for me. They know fish too!! Fish and holiday saved- this tank even better!”
