As part of our transaction, we traded in a vehicle, but didn't have it with us. Timmy, drove the new vehicle to our home, then drove our trade in back to the dealer, well after business hours to make sure it was done in the same day. He truly went above and beyond. We even got free lunch from the BBQ catering while we waited for our paperwork. Great experience overall.”

“Rytlewski is by far the best auto service I have ever been to since living in this area for 5+ years. Falesha Who works at the front desk is incredibly responsive, great at communication, and is on top of absolutely everything. Gary worked on my Cadillac and although the parts might have taken some to come in due to reasons out of their control, they never failed to keep me in the loop and get the job done as soon as they had all of the materials they needed. After getting my car back I had to bring it in a day later to replace the starter (again out of their control as I went for a different service the first time) and they were able to get my car in the same day and work on it within the same hour and they were nothing but generous and helpful. Rytlewski Auto is Very trustworthy, honest, and hard-working. I highly recommend them to anyone nearby!”

Great service and the gentleman there was wonderful and answered any question or concern I had. Pricing was reasonable and didn't break the bank. I've had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past where they tried so hard to rip me off. Nathan was different. He gave me multiple options to choose that would best accommodate to my financial circumstances and even did few service items for free! He could have used his expertise to take advantage of people just like how a lot of mechanics are. But he was truly a different, honest, trustworthy person standing for integrity. “I brought my 2014 Impala in because it would not go over 49 mph. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem which had to do with the computer of the car. I was told by Cheryl that she will order the part and that it might take 5-7 business days, because it has to come from out of state. Well, the part was received in 3 days, and in 2 days the part was installed. Everyone at Wicked Wrench could not have been more professional and accommodating. They did it for a fair price, and even washed the car before returning it to me. I was so happy they accepted my credit card as I did not have the cash available. “My car has a motor light on. I dropped and they changed the oil and problem solved. My advice never change oil on place different than dealer. I changed before in "take 5 oil" place and looks like they put non-synthetic oil. Happy my car was still running.
