“I went in to upgrade my phone and was immediately greeted by Ron. I spoke with Moe on the phone before arriving who was very kind but he was with another customer when I arrived, I asked Ron if he could assist me since I had two small kids who can be chaotic and whiney and he said absolutely. Ron was so patient and kind with me. He made the process so much easier, he was still in training but Zakaria jumped in to help a few times so I could get out quickly. This was my first time going to this location and it’s the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Thank you Ron for being so professional and kind!”

“Came in today to get my son his 1st phone. The representative 'Young' took care of us. He found the best discount for a new Apple 16! He then found out that I was being overcharged for my current plan. He was able to call corporate and get us credit for the oversight. This is the best T-Mobile in TAMPA hands down. I'll be back!”

“I no longer have T-Mobile as my carrier, but when I went to Verizon (my current carrier) for help with my device, the Verizon rep said they don't troubleshoot phones they only sell them. upset and with no other options, I took a chance and went to the t mobile store directly down the street from my verizon store, where I met with a T-Mobile representative Mark, who helped me fix my phone problem even though I was not currently a T-Mobile customer. Mark took his time to listen to what the issue was and quickly resolved my phone problem. If it weren't for T-Mobile and Mark at the Citrus Park T-Mobile Store I wouldn't have known what to do. as soon as I can, I'll be moving back to T-Mobile from Verizon.”

“It had been a while since I visited a Verizon retail store, and I went in expecting good service. Instead, I received amazing service thanks to the teamwork between Scott (the manager) and Jimmy (the advisor). Together, they went above and beyond to make my experience the best I’ve had so far. They focused on my convenience and worked through every obstacle to successfully transfer my corporate number to a personal line. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a truly stellar customer experience.”

“Update! The wait time was horrible! Literally only 2 employees and dozens of customers. I literally sat in the store for over an hour just to pick up a WiFi box. However, when I did get called, the guy, I can’t remember his name, made my experience worth the wait. He was very knowledgeable and made my transaction easy as ever.”
