“I can confess that I had a good experience in one of this van called Meza, traveling from Orlando to New York and I can say that I did not have any problems, the van behaved very well, it drives very smoothly and responds very well, the trip was very nice, I recommend it, The only thing I ask of this company is that they have a translator in Spanish at each point so that Latin tourists do not have struggles if they don't even know English. It is very complicated. I had a bad experience in that part.”

“Really happy about the experience. We went here this Christmas because we as young drivers were impossible to find a 7-seater from "big" companies during the holiday season. A guy from budget rental recommended us cono and we decided to go on with it as there wasn't really any 7-seater available from other companies. Their pickup and return service was neat and all employees were very reachable. They rented us the only 7-seater left, and it was new and clean. We were really pleased about the experience.They did mistakenly charge us for not filling the fuel to the level when we received the car. We refilled to 3/4 a tank because we received it as so. They quickly solved issue, refunded us, and apologized. We don't have any complaint about this small mistake.”

I needed to get some body work done to my Kia Telluride, and they pick me up from my house, and provided me with a beautiful 2025 red Jeep Wrangler Rubicon edition that I got to enjoy for a couple of weeks

“I booked an 8 seating vehicle, but when I arrived they did NOT have the vehicle. The branch manager, Charles Bell, called other locations, found an 8 seater, went and picked it up, brought it back and cleaned it! I waited with Farzan another employee with excellent customer service skills! Charles Bell went above and beyond! It was the best customer service treatment I have ever had! This is an excellent location and I will NEVER go anywhere else!”
“My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds.Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me. They also gave me a heads-up on my funds doing the hula dance back into my account. All in all, if car rentals were an Olympic sport, they would be winning gold in customer satisfaction! Great job! ? ?”

“I must have caught them in a bad day after my bad day. I was hit by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. I had a reservation through my car insurance and was trying to get ahold of them to get a car. The phone rang and rang and rang no one picked up. Tried again today and success. Rex and the team were great and made everything easy as pie. Stress is high when you lose a vehicle for any reason. Once we got going this process was quick and easy.
