“I guess I am torn... do I give away this 'best kept' secret in Orlando, or keep it to myself? This is charming, relaxing, boutique hotel tucked in SoDo that has a (surprisingly) lively neighborhood restaurant, well-sized rooms (the call them 'cozy,' but they are not small), a decent fitness facility, and free parking if you book direct. While not super close to the parks, if you are in Orlando for other reasons, this is an excellent choice. Pro tip: if your room faces Orange Ave., you might want to pack some ear plugs. The traffic noise is noticeable.”

“We hosted our daughter’s wedding in May of this year at the Alfond Inn. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Inn. Our wedding coordinator was amazing. The rooms were very clean and beautifully appointed. The restaurants were excellent. Our guests had a great time and loved the venue. It was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Alfond for a wedding or just a weekend getaway.”

“First time staying at this location. All of the staff I ran into were friendly. Interacted with the front desk the most. Shoutout to Roman for the great service. I didn’t get the name of the housekeeper supervisor that offered to open my door for me while juggling breakfast food for two to our room. The room was nice, wasn’t expecting a dining area and a lounge chair. Will definitely be back!”

“When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station through out the day and a system near the water fountain where you could fill up your water bottle. The parking was onsite and ample and the location of the hotel was close to all restaurants, shopping malls, to the Park Avenue shops and to the Saturday farmer’s market. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than I would DEFINITELY recommend it and would stay here again.”

“I was in town for work and stayed at the Embassy Suites North Orlando, and I have to say I was very pleased with my experience. The property was clean, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. The location was also a major plus. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and other conveniences nearby, including several quick-bite options within walking distance. That made it easy to grab something after work or pick up a meal before heading in for the day. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in the Orlando area.”

They didn’t just vacuum — they mechanically agitated every inch of duct, cleaned the main trunk, and hand-wiped all the registers. They even found a child’s toy in one run! Airflow balance across the house is perfect now. These folks know what they’re doing.”

“I made reservations for my wife and I for a couple of days today so I could meet my sister for the first time. Very centrally located parking is free. When we walk through the front doors, the two associates behind the desk were very friendly very polite. We went up to our room. The room is very clean. Met our expectations. We didn’t use the restaurant. We had reservations at other places with my Wife and sister. But it seemed to be pretty busy. If we’re down in that area again, I would definitely use Them again!! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!!”

“It's a nice little motel. It has a kit of retro charm. It dates back to being once Howard Johnson's motel you can tell when you see the restaurant that used to be the office. This motel is on nice property has a nice lake. And it's not over ran by tourists like the motels near Florida mall. Yet it's close to I 4 and all the sites. I recommend this motel. I was very nice”

The pool look beautiful everybody was enjoying it but unfortunately I had a foot injury so I couldn't go in but otherwise the area is great there's a 7-Eleven right next door where you could pick up some coffee or some breakfast across the street you have a Walmart McDonald's down the street you have a Popeyes and all kinds of delivery options. Very nice location and like I said very nice staff . James the manager is a nice guy. Regina at the front desk is excellent very knowledgeable very courteous a definite multitasker. There was one you laid at in quite catch her name who drives a Nissan rogue blue very courteous very respect for young lady these people couldn't be better staff there also the young lady in the laundry room who changed my towels were super sweet. And they always allow your fur baby.”

“I really love this hotel. During the hurricanes, it was difficult to get TSA housing with other hotels, and they were rude assuming they had so many people, but this hotel was far from being alike those other hotels. When my family and I came, we were met with such kind staff and managers. If there was any issues, they fixed them promptly and without malice. The staff are funny and the area is quiet. I enjoy how there are many places around it, but you don't hear the hum of the city. I really enjoyed staying here. Well worth the price and there is complimentary breakfast and a pool. There is never a dull moment and for that, I thank ya'll for such care.”
