“Want to say a big thank you for the delightful service from the valet team. CJ & Dominic (I believe) put us at ease when we inquired about a ride back home from an event. Derek took the actual call & even called back to confirm our location. He made it so pleasant.
As well I was surprised by the cheerful greetings of the each front desk team members and even when I had a key issue it was handled with little stress by the supervisor. I had a chance to visit the pool -there is a warm/hot space pool which was a treat. Be aware it may have bits of debris as it is outdoors. The regular pool looked clean and felt refreshing.
I was not able to enjoy much at the restaurant, as gluten free and vegetarian options are almost non existent. I appreciated the courtesy snack though & it came in handy when it was time to head to the airport.

“What a beautiful hotel! It’s in a great complex of shops and restaurants. Hotel has a delicious restaurant and the included breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve ever had! There is an omelet station where Anthony not only makes the best omelets on the East coast, he greats you with a beautiful smile and a warm cheerful welcome! The other attendants at the buffet also have excellent customer service! We found Gloria to be most helpful! And the housekeeping and check in staff first rate! This hotel manager certainly runs a fabulous hotel! My bonus? Crabtree & Evelyn soap, cream, shampoo & cream rinse in the bathroom! I’m in Heaven! XOXOXO”

“I’m going to steal the term the reluctant traveler from Eugene Levy.. I travel internationally, Maybe every 2 to 3 years. I live close enough to Orlando that I come down perhaps 3 to 4 times a year. I never come to downtown Orlando. I happened to have to be here for a work event. I chose this hotel because it was a seven minute walk from where I needed to be. As a female, I can tell you it has been incredibly safe to walk from my hotel to the clinic that I’m working at in that seven minutes. The valet parking is the same price as the daily parking so why not utilize that! The young man at my valet this morning was super nice. I will say that he will get you a luggage cart, but you will be responsible for getting your own luggage upstairs. So if you’re not willing to do that, it’s not place for you. But if your arms and legs move like mine, you’re good to go lol. I got here very early and brought my items to the 18th floor. I checked in with a very nice young man and I don’t remember his name. So if you work for Marriott and you’re reading this, I came in today at around 7:15 AM. So whomever was at your front desk is a wonderful person and I hope that you recognize them. Very helpful and showed me the way to the clinic that I’m helping at and assured me that it was a safe walk. Later in the day he called to let me know that my room was ready. When I did come back to the hotel, Leo was at the front desk. He remembered talking to me on the phone when I called ahead of time with some questions. Such a friendly young man! I had a super easy check-in and got my key. One of the cool things about this hotel brand is that you use your hotel key for safety to use the elevators. So I used my key and went up to my room, which is amazing! As a female I would like an extra hook in the bathroom to hang my toiletry bag. But that’s such a minor issue. Everything has been really great. If you are staying in downtown Orlando, this is absolutely a place that you should consider.”
“We stay here often for put some medical care. The location is ideal. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good but not amazing. The only part we don’t love is the breakfast it’s just ok I think they could up their breakfast game.”

“We had an 40 th birthday for my son in this hotel in the Fall. We have about 40 guests. I will reminder this forever. it was fabulous. The decoration so beautiful. The room so nice with all the tables cover with beautiful table cloths and chairs so comfortable. The foods are good and the services is out standing. “The fact that we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast on our own floor was pretty magical to me. The rooms were quiet and the bar and bartender downstairs were great! Food was pretty good also! Front desk had multiple people during our stay and they all were wonderful. When we come back to Orlando, this is where we are staying. ?”

“I was extremity happy with our stay here! I only had one complaint, the room smelled a bit, like an animal had been in that room before us. I always carry Lysol spray, so that took care of that! We have fur babies at home and, this hotel allows pests. I may bring my dogg night time I stay here. There WILL be a next time. The full kitchen was a plus! I saved a ton of money cooking in the room. The price was cheep and the staff were wonderful!!! Located in a safe neighborhood as well! Can't wait to see ya soon!!”
“It's a nice little motel. It has a kit of retro charm. It dates back to being once Howard Johnson's motel you can tell when you see the restaurant that used to be the office. This motel is on nice property has a nice lake. And it's not over ran by tourists like the motels near Florida mall. Yet it's close to I 4 and all the sites. I recommend this motel. I was very nice”

“I really love this hotel. During the hurricanes, it was difficult to get TSA housing with other hotels, and they were rude assuming they had so many people, but this hotel was far from being alike those other hotels. When my family and I came, we were met with such kind staff and managers. If there was any issues, they fixed them promptly and without malice. The staff are funny and the area is quiet. I enjoy how there are many places around it, but you don't hear the hum of the city. I really enjoyed staying here. Well worth the price and there is complimentary breakfast and a pool. There is never a dull moment and for that, I thank ya'll for such care.”

“One of our better stays in the states so far. Loved the cookies they give you at check in and the staff is really helpful and gives solutions without complaints or argument. The booking said there was a freezer in the room, there wasn’t and we needed a freezer so they stored it for us.
The room we had was on the top floor towards the direction of the road so the only reason I took a stat for the rooms is the road is so LOUD! Cars non stop driving and the rooms/ building aren’t sound insulated so it sounds like planes passing by even at 2am in the morning.
Would come back again though. Thank you.”
“This is an older Best Western in a not so great neighborhood but it is fenced well and within walking distance of Camping World Stadium.
The reason for the four stars was, there was no soap in the room and the soft drink vending machine was about empty.
Getting soap was not a problem and they were very friendly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The rooms were clean, my pictures were taken right before I checked out.
Walkability: You can easily walk to Camping World Stadium”
“I read the reviews after I checked in, and I'll tell you one thing. I had to write a review after reading some of them reviews made it up here for the weekend due to them fumigating my house so believe me if it were any bugs I would have noticed them and as in management the owners I didn't have a problem with them at all in fact they were pretty accommodating the place was pretty busy due to the air show over the weekend wasn't that bad at all , now remember they cater the family and they cater the kids. pool was a little full because the hotel was a little full also just found out it was baseball weekend felt bad for the employees that they had a lot of kids to deal with (so you can't blame anything on that for the things they had to do this weekend they jumped through a lot of Hoops just to try to please everybody and you can't please everybody it's a must a check out yourself must check it out yourself you'll see location perfect reason why I am writing a review is you've got some employees that go over and above especially the daytime employees never met the owner but the employees make up for everything I4w think great customer service great attitudes I see no problem with the place that's why I say please go check out yourself actually you will be very surprised if you ask meRooms: Rooms are great size plenty of room for the family bathroom was nice showers are goodNoteworthy details: Like I said for being a weekend for kids around here for the baseball tournament today on softball tournaments and everything I think they handled itself pretty well and professionally I'm not going to go about the micromanaging because I didn't see a person”
