“I give this store five stars because of the staff because the staff in this store are outstanding however I'm in my '60s and they card me when I buy a beer which is ridiculous and now they checked my ID to make sure I was 18 to buy Mucinex”
“One of the cleanest I have ever visited. The people were way sweet and respectful, that is a major plus in today's world.
I am sorry, I did not get the staff's names but spoke to 3 of them. Ya, I say hi to everyone😉. As I said, super nice! I would highly recommend this place on cleanliness alone! However, the staff was a pleasant added extra.😉

“This was my first time at this dollar tree, and I have to admit it is one of the more cleaner dollar trees that I’ve been to. The aisles were wider where two carts can pass without problems. The shelves, most of them were stocked, and there were a couple aisles that had the large carts on wheels that had product that needed to be put out on the shelves. But other than that, the one lady I saw working there was very friendly, she was the cashier, and very chatty and happy. There was a lot of people in there and I feel that having one person there is more of a risk I would say for the employee. Anyone especially these crazy people nowadays can walk up there and take what they want even hit the cash register and then run out. There should be safety and numbers there should be more than one or two people working. One running the cash register someone close by straightening and packing things out. But all in all it was a very good store I just had concern for one person ringing up the line of people without any help.”
“My favorite Dollar General, staff very friendly. Store is clean well stocked. No stock blocking the isles like the other Dollar Generals

They do their best to help you find what ever your looking for, and if by chance they don't have it, Ms. Maureen or Ms. Luaree will do their best to order it for you if possible.”

“Store #21730 on Cortez in B'ville, had it's doors wide open, gotta feel like 100 degree day! Ms. Carolyn greeted me with a big smile but a sweaty brow, NO AIR CONDITIONING. I thought if she can work today, I can shop today. But the heat got to me, I headed for the check out. Ms Carolyn cheerfully asked, "Did I find everything I needed today ?" I replied, actually I couldn't find scissors! She said, "they are in stationery, you wait right here and I'll go a pair for you". Ms. Carolyn was a helpful older sweetheart. I doubt today's younger clerk would even ask a question, let alone go out of their way to grab an item for me in my late 60s!
I hope Dollar General recognizes what a dedicated employee they have and it was my pleasure to be talking a bit with a good hearted neighbor helping me get an item I really needed. Hope that A/C is fixed soon!”
“My favorite Dollar General!! I do a lot of my shopping there! I have had great service by employees. And I find it the cleanest of all Dollar Generals I have visited! They are getting more help now, which is helping the Manager and Assistant Manager especially when they get a truck full of merchandise. It was impossible for a single person to check out customers and stock the store. I think it works a little better with more employees. All together, it remains my favorite store! Exceptionally well stocked, very clean, and I enjoy the store management's kind assistance and I will continue to do much of my shopping there!”

“Stopped at Dollar General to purchase a few greeting cards and my first impression was positive. This location is one of the larger stores I have been too. Clean, no merchandise scattered and lying in the aisles, organized and well stocked. I was impressed at the huge selection of greeting cards they offer and as always, they are a real bargain and very nice. The nicest and very friendly employee checked me out at the register and wished me a good evening, how nice is that! I believe his name was Vern, thank you. Recommend this location! Debbie”

Some of the new people are ok but Vicki is personable, friendly, helpful and ok, so she lets me do burnouts as I leave... Lmao the day Vicki goes is the day SEVERAL families in Masaryktown start shopping Walmart instead... We could now but cone to DG for the customer service frankly...... Need to give that woman a raise!”
