852 N SR 21, MelroseOur sweet Cane Corso, Mazikeen crossed the rainbow bridge last night. Along with the heartache, I have the most grateful spot for Dr. Wasden, Morgan, Sandy and the rest of the team at Companion Animal Clinic in Melrose. We were very new patients to their clinic and they treated us like family from the first moment we walked in the door. Dr. Wasden did everything she could to help our baby including after hour IV infusions, per my request, cutting costs and making phone calls to call in favors and help us stay below the current budget. Her team loved our Maze. They rejoiced with us when she felt better and they cried with us when hard decisions had to be made. Dr. Wasden came into the clinic on her very deserved day off when the cytology report came in because she wanted to be the one to deliver the devastating news. She wanted to be there for ME. You just don’t see this kind of humanity often anymore. Then she and her team came to our home last night and stayed for hours to give our baby the send off she deserved. They so delicately painted her nose and paws with a brush to give us prints to keep. They made all the necessary arrangements for her cremation and even took her body for us. During a time of such grief, we were able to focus on what was most important because she handled all of that. We are so grateful for her and her team. Thankful for the care they took with our baby, even after her passing.Words will never be enough to express our love and gratitude.

8762 State Rd 21, MelroseLake Area vets are top notch in veterinary care. I can call day of and get seen for my pet. The Drs are all super friendly and knowledgeable and professional and take time with my questions and examining my pets. Great care for my dogs, cat, bird and bearded dragon. Dr Corda is the best! Dr Hughes and Rhea and Johnson all amazing and the entire team are great! Shout out to Jessie!

Blue Water Bay
319 FL-26, MelroseMy husband and I drove from Lakeland, FL. to eat here.The food and service are exceptional. We fell in love with the town and the people. Unfortunately in October God took my husband home,I'm hoping to get back to Melrose and have lunch at the restaurant some day in the future. The price is also very reasonable.
