Beautiful hotel, but most importantly the staff are fantastic. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the beach staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. It’s an important feature that most hotels ignore. Keep up the good staff!

Great customer service, food, and location. The staff, particularly Neisha Valentin (Front Office Manager) are exceptional and highly engaged in providing a first class experience. Definitely recommend Eden Roc Miami Beach.

Gorgeous pool setup with cabanas and lounge chairs all around. Two separate pools with beach views and a private event space. We had a tequila-style mocktail that was genuinely refreshing — not too sweet or fake-tasting at all.
