“I have been a client of Image Pro since I bought my first large-format printer 11 years ago! I have developed a priceless relationship with the owner and his team, so I consider them my friends. Whenever I run out of paper or ink and need to get it immediately, the store is conveniently located on the Palmetto Highway in Miami! But the store is also online, where I can easily order large-format printing supplies if I have the time to wait. Carlos is the store manager; he is simply the best salesperson in the world! He is always kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I love going to the store because I can see and touch all the different papers, the latest printers, and other exciting supplies. If they don't have something in stock, they will go out of their way to get it and have it delivered to you promptly. I certainly appreciate having a local provider there whenever I need it! Frederic knows the business well and uses the latest technology to pass on the information to his clients. He will give you the best advice on a printer if you need one. I highly recommend it!”

“I went 08/29 with my friend to find out about the free tablet deal that is available to students if they are a recipient of the Pell grant and had a lovely experience! Both of the employees helped us on separate occasions that day and not only could they answer every question we had but they were also were personable which was appreciated. It took a bit of time to get everything set up (because of the actual pending approval and the setup, not the employees) but they were patient and attentive during the time it took to set everything up!”

“Today I took my computer in for service after making an appointment with Geek Squad. I had purchased 3year coverage for my computer with the intent to hopefully not need. Unfortunately the time came where the service was needed and this is what brought me back to bestbuy Kendall. After speaking with one of the geek squad associates I asked about my warranty that was expiring. I inquired if I can extend it since it ended up being the last day of service.... Or so I thought. I was met with the Geek Squad manager Desmond who greeted my wife and I with the intent to help his customers the best that he could. Desmond took his time in helping us with our issue and we will be forever greatful for his help and insight. Thank you Desmond for putting customers first.
