“I went 08/29 with my friend to find out about the free tablet deal that is available to students if they are a recipient of the Pell grant and had a lovely experience! Both of the employees helped us on separate occasions that day and not only could they answer every question we had but they were also were personable which was appreciated. It took a bit of time to get everything set up (because of the actual pending approval and the setup, not the employees) but they were patient and attentive during the time it took to set everything up!”
“The initial purchase interaction was prompt and professional, Communication was excellent and the order arrived in just a few days. As sometimes happens, there was an issue requiring a customer service interaction. It quickly became clear the items in the order were unsuited to my intended purpose. Once this determination was made they quickly issued a RMA. The day after my return was complete they issued a full refund.
I am a little sad Flytec could not be a source for my project. Given the ease of interaction they would make an excellent partner. I am keeping them on my short list for future opportunities.”

“I’ll be honest: this purchase didn’t go perfectly from start to finish. I ran into some initial payment issues during checkout, and the shipping experience with UPS was extremely frustrating. The system was delayed, went days without tracking updates, and ultimately showed up unexpectedly.
That said, I’m leaving this as a 5-star review for Origin PC because of how they handled everything that was in their control.
Jake and the Origin team stayed in constant communication, took my concerns seriously, and never once tried to dismiss or minimize the situation. They escalated appropriately, explained the process clearly, and reassured me that I was fully covered no matter how things turned out.
When you’re making a high-end purchase like this, issues can happen. What matters is how a company responds and Origin absolutely showed they stand behind their customers. Despite the hurdles, I would still recommend Origin PC based on their professionalism, transparency, and customer support.”

“My favorite Apple Store in South Florida. Although the wait might be longer than some other Apple stores it’s definitely worth the wait. The associates are the friendliest and most knowledgeable. It’s in one of the most fun to shop malls in Miami so there are so many things you can do like shop or get a coffee or a bite to eat while you’re there.”
