Janet is truly an amazing person and an exceptional employee. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. I had actually driven quite a long distance to this particular location because I was looking for some specific products that I couldn’t find at the Dollar Tree stores closer to my home. Janet went above and beyond to assist me.
What impressed me the most was that she genuinely took the time to listen. She never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She explained things, talked to me about the products, helped me find what I needed, and made me feel like my questions actually mattered. Unfortunately, that level of customer service can be hard to find nowadays, which made her kindness and dedication stand out even more.
Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very kind and pleasant and contributed to making the entire experience a positive one.
Employees like Janet and Elizabeth are the reason customers are willing to drive farther and return to a particular store. Janet, especially, is an absolute sweetheart and a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like. I truly hope management recognizes and appreciates the incredible job she does. She made my visit worth the drive, and I will definitely be returning to this location because of the wonderful treatment I received.”

“Corporate must finally be listening to our complaints because manager Sharmita is nothing short of a Godsend. She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course).
