Lucky's Smoke and Gift shop is a friendly and knowledgeable destination in the Grove. The staff and owner are super friendly, treating regulars well and offering excellent, helpful, and impeccable service. Customers find the staff very knowledgeable about both the products and the local area. The shop has an unmatched ambience, described as the "Cheers of smoke shops," with a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. They carry a wide range of products including all different levels of delta products, legal THC, glassware, e-cigarettes, fun smoking paraphernalia, gifts, and popular local t-shirts. It is a must-visit spot where you can always find what you need, from specific items to great recommendations.
Wouldn't even tell me on the phone what brands they offered. Not gonna waste my time and gas to find out they have nothing I want. Maybe offer a website with inventory if you won't let people know what you sell over the phone.
