My only issue is not with this location but with the app. At this point in the world, we have the technology to track things, yet the app allowed me to reserve a truck that wasn't actually at the location when I needed it. Luckily, someone returned a truck early, so I was able to complete my move.
This is an issue with the overall technology only. The team and the rental itself were exactly on point!”

“Stop trying to talk people out of using this location for God only knows what agenda. I worked with this man before and took offense at your agents trying to push me to another location. The nearest one was run by a man with no moral compass that gave my uhaul on a prior moving day to his friends in front of me while they laughed in my face at 1000 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132. I never came so close to physically assaulting someone in the last 30 years... Mr King was responsive and even gave me his personal cell and got back to me when your website and customer service failed to respond in the promised 48 hours for over 12 days! Shameful business practices. What happened to U-Haul? Clean up your act!”

The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he even helped me save a few bucks by suggesting different equipment than the one I had reserved and it worked out perfectly. The location has plenty of trucks and trailers to choose from, its on a main street in Miami (Calle 8) and has easy access to mayor highways (Turnpike and Dolphin Expressway).”

“I've been renting vehicles from the Uhaul franchisee at Compass Storage on 79th street in Miami for years. That location is poorly run, sometimes there is no one inside to even obtain a vehicle from and the vehicles are always trashed and smelly inside. This location on 7th Ave was super clean, employees ready and waiting to work with customers. The vehicle was spotless and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very glad to have discovered this location.”
