“Wonderful experience overall. They were running a special promotion, so our cats’ dental cleanings were free, and we only paid for extractions, anesthesia, and bloodwork. This made care for our two senior fur babies very reasonable—each dental (including anesthesia and pre-anesthesia bloodwork) came out to around $500 per pet. Becky at the front desk was incredibly kind and even gave us a few cans of wet food for our cat who had a tooth extracted. She also waived the credit card fee for us!
We also appreciated that Miami Animal Clinic has an in-house lab. Our cats needed blood work before anesthesia, and unlike other clinics that require a separate visit, everything was handled in a single appointment. The staff was patient, professional, and easy to work with.
I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I would have liked a bit more explanation around the dental findings and recommended extractions. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for convenient, kind and reasonably priced care.”

“Great experience from start to finish, I brought my 15lb Cavachon to the Plantation location for teeth cleaning, able to save $50 instead of house visit. Our dog is a little anxious at vet, groomer, told she was shaking a little at first at HealthySmiles, but able to control well with towel wrap and able to complete teeth cleaning safely. Debrief at the end was excellent, Natalia took her time to show before/after pictures and some pictures during cleaning. She explained plaque/tartar buildup and how to brush teeth at home and prevent buildup in the future. They told me that we can consider calming treats or sedating oral medication in the future visits, but our dog did great. Highly recommended! :)”
“Dr. L is one of the best out there! She is compassionate and truly cares about every animal that comes in. My JRT had been having some strange episodes of losing his balance and Dr. L along with vet tech Macey, were amazing. It is obvious they love what they do! Having a vet and vet staff that care for your animal as much as you do is second to none. Thank you Dr. L & Macey!!!”

I can’t say enough good things about Goodcare Animal Clinic. The entire team was professional, calm, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and treated my puppy with real compassion and care.
What really stood out was their honesty and pricing — the cost was more than fair, especially for same-day care and sedation. I was fully expecting to pay much more, but they focused on what was actually needed, not upselling or unnecessary procedures.
You can tell this clinic genuinely cares about the animals and their owners. Great service, great people, and awesome prices. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to anyone looking for a trustworthy vet in Miami.”

“Took my dog Roxy to get spayed, a dental, and an eye tag removed and honestly everything went amazing! The staff was super nice and made us feel really comfortable. She was a nervous wreck, but that’s normal. They did such a great job with her surgery that her recovery was so quick, I ended up returning all of the stuff I bought on Amazon for her recovery because she didn’t even need it. She never touched her incision once and it never bothered her at all. Couldn’t be happier with how it all went! Great staff & great vets!”
“Finally found a good primary vet for our dogs. I've been through so many I wasnt happy with. Receptionist is wonderful, Dr Pou was very friendly, on point and LISTENS. Its an hour from my house but worth the drive. Free first visit so you have nothing to lose and I can tell these people are genuine and not trying to upsell things you don't need.”

“This place was a God send to me. My little guy Bailey was very sick and from the moment I made the call, the office manager Karen got me in right away. From the moment I walked through the doors everyone there has been so wonderful, kind caring and full of compassion. I truly felt like home. Dr. Hew is amazing, she is very knowledgeable a good listener and also gave me hope and Bailey is alive! This doesn’t mean that life won’t happen, however she treated him and his still treating him and when his time comes, I know that she and her staff completely gave Bailey and myself the best attention . “Dr Perez is nothing but amazing and helpful. My puppy Reese got neutered with her and some things came up but she was there and helped with everything. He’s currently in their care and she never fails to call me and update me everyday about him. I usually hate when he’s away from me and I get the worst anxiety but they make me feel and know he’s safe! Also the technicians are incredible. I don’t remember her name but she has curly hair. She’s a sweetheart! Some staff were kind of rude but everybody else was amazing!

Every single person on the team was incredibly kind, caring, and patient, and our dog felt relaxed and happy the entire visit—which never happens at the vet! The doctor was amazing; she took her time with us, reviewed all of our dog’s history and previous records in detail, and explained every recommended treatment with clear options so we felt comfortable. The exam was the most thorough and comprehensive I’ve ever seen in veterinary medicine. We left feeling truly cared for, supported, and at home. “My husband and I have been looking for a Vet for our bunny of 3 years who is our everything and our little princess. After 2 vets who we didn’t feel comfortable with, we thank God for leading us here to Paws and Claws. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Ashley and Jessica and Deville. We were greeted by Ashley and she had such a sweet and happy spirit which immediately made us feel as home. Jessica was kind care compassionate and gave us so much information during our visit that we immediately knew this would be our new home vet for our baby Becky.
