“Absolutely amazing customer service. I had already gone to 7 different tire shops trying to get a tire exchange done and nobody would help me. I came here right before they were closing, and instead of turning me away, they still took the time to help me and get everything handled. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays. They were professional, understanding, and went out of their way when they easily could’ve said no. I really appreciate the team for taking care of me. Definitely earned my business and a 5-star review. Highly recommend!”

“If you're looking for a truck accessories shop that truly stands behind their customers, look no further than All American Truck Shop. I recently brought my 2021 Ram 1500 in because the rear gasket on my bed cover had started to come loose, allowing water to seep into the truck bed. Nelson, the owner, took the time to carefully inspect the entire cover instead of simply addressing the obvious problem. He securely reattached and glued the gasket to prevent any further leaks, but what impressed me most was that he didn't stop there. During his inspection, he noticed that a piece of the right-side rail, where the cover locks into place, had broken off and was preventing it from securing properly. Without hesitation, Nelson contacted the manufacturer to check my warranty status. To my surprise, the bed cover was still under warranty, and they immediately arranged to send the replacement part, which will be installed once it arrives. That is what real customer service looks like. Nelson didn't just fix the issue I came in for—he went above and beyond to identify another problem, save me money, and make sure everything would be restored the right way. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to taking care of his customers are becoming increasingly rare these days. I can't recommend All American Truck Shop and Nelson highly enough. If you want knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work, this is the place to go. They've earned a customer for life!”

“I had a flat tire on the expressway and, honestly, I panicked. I kept driving until I found a safe place to pull over, then searched Google for nearby tire shops. La Ceiba Tire Shop had a 4.6 rating and, even though it was only 0.6 miles away with other options nearby, I trusted the reviews—and I’m so glad I did. Honestly, they deserved a 5. The moment I arrived, the mechanics noticed me and immediately guided me where to park. Keyla, the office representative, warmly welcomed me, made sure I was okay, and assured me they would take care of everything. She explained my options and helped me choose what best fit my needs. I ended up replacing two front tires, getting an alignment, and having a screw removed from one of my rear tires—all at a very affordable price. What impressed me most was the honesty, warmth, and professionalism of the entire Hispanic team. Hard-working people who genuinely care about helping their customers.”

“I'd like to start by saying that this review was in no way solicited. I simply felt compelled to share my positive experience so others know how Ace Tire treats its customers. I was referred to Ace Tire by a family friend and purchased four new tires. Unfortunately, after only a month and a half, two of the four tires turned out to be defective, and the tread had worn down far more than it should have. I was understandably frustrated because I never expected to be dealing with tire issues so soon. I believe the tires left the factory with a defect, while Ace believed the problem was the result of a poor alignment performed by another shop. Regardless of the cause, Matt and Rick were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding while I was dealing with the situation. More importantly, they took care of me and made things right. They went above and beyond by replacing the two defective tires and upgrading them to premium high-performance tires at no additional cost. Many businesses may have simply pointed to the disagreement over the cause and left me to deal with it, but Ace Tire chose to put customer service first and made sure I left satisfied. Their customer service and willingness to stand behind what they sell turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace Tire to anyone looking for a business that genuinely values its customers. Ace Tire, Rick, and Matt deserve a 10-star review! ⭐❤”

“Had an issue where a tire on my Tesla was leaking air... Took it to a tire shop and they told me the rim was bent. They recommended to take it to Turbax for repair. When I reached out to Turbax I spoke to a gentleman named Sergio... He asked me to bring in the car because Tesla's are heavy and lifting it on a jack may damage the pavers on my driveway, and if I had not done it before he recommended not to do it (normally Turbax sends someone to pick up the tire, they fix it and return the tire back to you)... this was very thoughtful of him... Once he checked it out, he called me to let me know the rim was not only bent, but it was cracked as well, it's not repairable. Sergio did not charge me anything for the service he provide... Thought, when does that ever happen?... especially in Miami... Just glad to see there are still people out there with decency. Next time I have an issue with a rim, I'm definitely reaching out to Sergio at Turbax. I will recommend them as well! Thank you Sergio for all your help.”
