“I'd like to start by saying that this review was in no way solicited. I simply felt compelled to share my positive experience so others know how Ace Tire treats its customers.
I was referred to Ace Tire by a family friend and purchased four new tires.
Unfortunately, after only a month and a half, two of the four tires turned out to be defective, and the tread had worn down far more than it should have. I was understandably frustrated because I never expected to be dealing with tire issues so soon. I believe the tires left the factory with a defect, while Ace believed the problem was the result of a poor alignment performed by another shop.
Regardless of the cause, Matt and Rick were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding while I was dealing with the situation. More importantly, they took care of me and made things right. They went above and beyond by replacing the two defective tires and upgrading them to premium high-performance tires at no additional cost. Many businesses may have simply pointed to the disagreement over the cause and left me to deal with it, but Ace Tire chose to put customer service first and made sure I left satisfied.
Their customer service and willingness to stand behind what they sell turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace Tire to anyone looking for a business that genuinely values its customers.

“Had an issue where a tire on my Tesla was leaking air... Took it to a tire shop and they told me the rim was bent. They recommended to take it to Turbax for repair. When I reached out to Turbax I spoke to a gentleman named Sergio... He asked me to bring in the car because Tesla's are heavy and lifting it on a jack may damage the pavers on my driveway, and if I had not done it before he recommended not to do it (normally Turbax sends someone to pick up the tire, they fix it and return the tire back to you)... this was very thoughtful of him... Once he checked it out, he called me to let me know the rim was not only bent, but it was cracked as well, it's not repairable. Sergio did not charge me anything for the service he provide... Thought, when does that ever happen?... especially in Miami... Just glad to see there are still people out there with decency. Next time I have an issue with a rim, I'm definitely reaching out to Sergio at Turbax. I will recommend them as well! Thank you Sergio for all your help.”
“The boss is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you’re informed on everything wrong w your car before you drive off they move fast and the work is quality and precise. My family have been going to them since before I was driving now that I’m driving I go to them for any little issues and they take care of it within no more than 20 mins”

This family owned business is amazing! I'm from out of town and had a flat. Went in and was immediately taken care of. But that's not where it stopped. That's only where it began. Friendly, helpful and, most importantly, HONEST!
Turns out, some tool let the air out of my tire while I was staying at a hotel. No actual tire damage.
I was treated with urgency, they were overly helpful and honest, and I was on my way in minutes.
