“I had a recent repair on an 2012 Fiat 500 and the shop was fantastic. Reasonable price and excellent workmanship. The customer service was excellent also. I ran into a problem where a vendor I had scheduled was late in delivering a part to the shop. Even though this was NOT the shop’s fault, they were very accommodating and kept the car an extra two days for the part to arrive. They did not charge any extra. I HIGHLY recommend them !!!!”

“Amazing experience with Snap A Dent! Wesley provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He took the time to make sure everything came out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results on my car. It’s hard to even tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend Snap A Dent and Wesley to anyone looking for quality work, great service, and someone who truly cares about the final result.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Auto Pro Solutions. They replaced my side mirror, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done beautifully, and the turnaround time was quick. Billy took care of me from start to finish and provided amazing customer service. He was kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate about my situation. I especially appreciated that he worked with me on the cost by charging me for the part and giving me a break on the labor. That kind of consideration and honesty really means a lot and isn’t so common anymore. I will most definitely return to Auto Pro Solutions if I ever need body work in the future, and I would gladly recommend them and Billy to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. Thank you again!”

“Mike and Dee were amazing from the beginning. I’ve gone to multiple different body shops for estimates, but going to Southern Auto, they were informative and knowledgeable on what was best on my car. My car was in an accident and had some serious damages. They worked with me, informed me, and got to work. Being that they’re also family oriented, set the tone and built a trusting relationship. Amazing work. If you’re not going to Southern Auto, what are you doing??”

“I recently brought my 2022 Honda Accord to Marlin Motors in Cutler Bay for some body work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They gave me a clear timeline, finished ahead of schedule, and kept me updated the whole time. They even sent photos of additional damage to consider, and made the process easy, even helping with my rental. The work was quality, the pricing was fair, and my car was returned clean. Highly recommend their team for professional, attentive service.”

“I cannot believe the generosity and kindness of the owner of this shop! I got a flat tire just a few blocks from my house after hitting a curb and was completely stuck, with no roadside assistance and no idea what to do. The owner came over himself to help me, changed my tire, and got me safely back on the road. He would not take any money for his time or help. It’s so rare to encounter this kind of genuine kindness. He helped me simply because I needed help, and I am incredibly grateful. What could have been a very stressful morning was made so much easier because of him. If this is how he treats someone who wasn’t even a customer, I can only imagine the care he gives his customers. He has absolutely earned my business, and I will be bringing my cars here for maintenance and repairs from now on. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me!”

“South FL Exotic Collision did an amazing job with my car. I was in an accident that was not my fault, and they helped work directly with the at-fault insurance company. From the beginning, everyone was so nice and helpful. Lily was especially sweet, pleasant, and easy to work with. The repair took about 2.5 weeks, mostly because we were waiting on the insurance adjuster, but once the insurance approved everything, they moved forward and did an excellent job. They replaced the bumper and grill, and the car looks perfect. I’m very happy with the results and really appreciate their professionalism and service. Great job, South FL Exotic Collision. Thank you!”

“Got into an accident, left my truck in back shape with ugly scrapes all down the side, and running boards. Javier and his team at Santa Fe left my truck better than it was new, with great work done and a detailed finish. They were fast, communicative with myself and insurance, and ultimately delivered a great product. I would recommend Santa Fe body shop to anyone, and if needed will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Great experience!! I recently brought my Kia K5 Black GT to Chinos Ink, for repair and paint, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Ailien was great, she made sure the moment I arrived, their team was ready, super professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their craft. The attention to detail was phenomenal—every inch of my car was cleaned and polished to perfection. The black paint on my K5 now has a deep, mirror-like shine that I haven’t seen since it left the dealership. They also did a stellar job with the interior, removing every speck of dust and leaving the surfaces looking brand new. What really impressed me was their efficiency. Despite the meticulous work, they had my car ready on time and even gave me tips for maintaining the finish. If you’re looking for a shop that delivers exceptional results and top-notch customer service, I can’t recommend Chinos Ink enough. I’ll definitely be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Leaving reviews isn't usually my thing but figured I'd make an exception here. Spotted this place while walking my dog around the neighborhood and ended up needing them after someone clipped my side mirror!! Brought the car in and they handled everything smoothly. Paint match came out perfect. Honestly better than the chain spots around here that take forever and charge more. Got updates throughout the process which I appreciated since I work from home and needed to plan around pickup. The whole experience was just straightforward and done right. My dog was curious about the shop when I dropped off the car and the guys working there were cool about it”

“have a 2024 Silver Prius that had severe sun and rust damage on the roof and hood. I went to several shops to get estimates and while Phoenix estimate was not the lowest it was good and they offered 5 year warranty for new paint! I am soooo glad I went with them! Umberto, Alex and Juan were all very responsive and prompt and they did a fabulous job on my car! I will be recommending them to all our friends!”
