“I was there the week of July 22nd thru July 26th. The staff was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I left several pairs of glasses and they called me and mailed them to me. Never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so accommodating.”

The breakfast bar is 10/10
The pillows were super comfortable as well as the bed. 2 floors had an ice machine on them and a washer and dryer set on the 3rd floor.
The only thing I wish the hotel had was a pool.
The location could be better but it’s not terrible.

“I had a very quiet and nice stay for 2 nights. The room was clean, and the ac made the room feel like the Arctic. The front desk person, Kat, was very helpful and nice. I stopped by and spoke with her every time I left or came back. I forgot a hat and got sunburned on my head, and she ran to the office and got burn relief med for me to try out. If I have to travel back to Bartow, I would definitely stay again just because of how nice she was.”
“This hotel is Run by a Family, that's including the employees that work on the staff are also treated as and is family to them also. Me personally I love their entire teams. They are pretty awesome, patience,humble and mindful that my stay was totally comfortable and lay back. Everyone from the staff to the guest just be chilling, doing them and minding their own business. Everyone there has respect and loved that I was at ease. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.
