Tim was very helpful setting up my and my husband's cell phone service. Even with a new phone, we were able to cut our cell phone bill in half. Tim also helped my neighbor with her internet and cell phone issues. We are all very happy.

Previous visit 1yr ago was horrible (crowded, rude, etc). Today was fantastic. I was dreading the experience, but the store staff/mgmt handled the seasonal volume efficiently and professionally. Great positive changes by store team.

Had to drop off equipment at first they said we had to wait 30 min..then a person took us. We then had a question about our bill and again we were put in the que for a 10 min.wait
