“I had a pretty rough onboarding experience with T-Mobile, and honestly, I almost walked away with a very negative impression. There were issues with pricing discrepancies, setup challenges, and a lack of support during activation that left me without a working phone at a critical moment. It was frustrating, to say the least.
That said, everything turned around when I went back to the store and worked with Mitchell.
Mitchell completely changed my experience. He took the time to listen, understand what happened, and walk me through everything in a calm, professional, and knowledgeable way. He didn’t rush the conversation and genuinely cared about making sure I felt informed and taken care of. What stood out most was his ability to explain how things work behind the scenes with carriers - it gave me clarity and confidence that I didn’t have before.
Even though I ultimately decided to return the phones and go in a different direction, Mitchell made me feel much better about the entire experience. He is a true professional and a huge asset to T-Mobile.

He took responsibility for the errors and lack of service from others. Before he left I had working internet, TV and an appointment to complete all service tomorrow. “At first I visited the newer xfinity store off pineridge and airport, very irritating to say the least. He gave me incorrect information about replacing a cord, I visited this store afterwards and a kind lady alongside helpful staff assisted me and gave me the correct information and was able to give me the cord I needed within 20 seconds.
