The decision was made easier by the staff and their exemplary customer service at the Coastland Center. The manager, A.J. leads by example. Each time I have gone in, he is on the floor, with the rest of his team assisting customers with his pleasant can-do attitude. For those who would like a true concierge experience, one only needs to work with an associate named Quashaun. Tech savvy, and very patient, he knows his products and services and will go out of his way to make sure you leave 100% satisfied. “Bvaldimir Urrego came to my new residence to solve an exterior problem. He heard my concerns that I had been unable to establish internet or TV service. He took responsibility for the errors and lack of service from others. Before he left I had working internet, TV and an appointment to complete all service tomorrow.
