200 First St, Neptune BeachCelebrated the start of school with two 17 year olds, their mom, and me at 9 a.m. You can’t go into Southern Grounds without reading the delicious offerings on the wall, and pointing out past favorites. The line moved amazingly smoothly, and Jack—as always—was in no hurry at all to guide us through our breakfast choices and iced and hot coffee specifics. We braved the heat outside, and our food arrived quite quickly, with every detail perfect. It was fun, delicious, and I am officially hooked on their coffee creations and welcoming vibe. Seeing the variety of ages, a dog or two, and such yummy food made us even forget the August heat!

120 1/2, Lemon St, Neptune BeachLittle tiny food stand at Neptune Beach. Talk to the owner and said they have been there for 20 years. The food was exceptional! They had combo meals which offered rice and lumpia and meat of your choice. They also had sticks of pork or beef or chicken whichever you desired. The sauces were very good and the staff was extremely pleasant. They have their own small parking area directly in front of the restaurant as parking is such a premium at the beach. Highly recommended!

One of them has severe food allergies (dairy, egg, nuts, etc.). She was absolutely thrilled to have a menu that was for those with dietary restrictions...and one that had so many choices. Our waitress was top notch and kind with all the questions. The food was fantastic...including desserts and cocktails. It was so nice to see our friend so excited with the options. She said she'll be dreaming about the scallop dish for a long time! Well done, Mezza. You never disappoint.

The staff took the initiative to ask a manager if they could drop off to her since the delivery driver was already on to the next delivery when the restaurant discovered it and called me. They also threw in a “sorry for our mistake” gift card. I can’t tell you how grateful this out of town daughter is for their incredible service! We all make mistakes. How you handle them shows your character. We already enjoyed going to Hurricane Grill in Neptune Beach. Now I am a HUGE fan! Love your food. Even more love your staff that treated us very well. Thank you manager caught on Ring being a great human!
