She had a bright welcoming smile as soon as qe walked in, I needed help with copy print fax she came right over and made sure we were good she has Amazing customer service very helpful I noticed other employees also helpful with customers I expected to have a hard time cause I had to fax I mean who does that anymore bit they were ready for my needs.”
“I used to work for UPS and this store is really up to standard. The owner/manager here is awesome and remembers her more frequent shippers and is always a ray of sunshine with helping me what is best for what I’m shipping back home to my friends and family. I moved out of state for the first time and I send gifts home when I miss everyone. The owner/manager always brightens my day even tho I’m coming in sad and homesick. Her staff is always eager to help and very courteous to what’s going on with my shipment and the store overall.”

“I don't review many things. When I do it is because I don't find the current rating to be reflective of what is true and fair. This store deserves 5 stars, not 3. I have visited this UPS store hundreds of times, mostly for amazon returns but also for real shipments and packages. The only reason I can come to think why there are so many low ratings is because the general population in this area is moronic, sub-room-temperature IQ. If you don't show up with the shipping label, guess what, you don't get to ship something, as it should be. This store is not here to coddle you for your ineptitude. Everytime I have used this store, I have come with the relevant information, been dealt with efficiently, kindly, and without hassle, and have nothing but positive experiences. My rating reflects the true rating of this place.”
“I very rarely write reviews. We received such caring, professional and personalized customer service by Ahjanae (hope I am spelling her name right!). After being turned away by 4 other business, we happened upon the Fedex to have a funeral program printed. Understandably, this is not a pleasant experience. However, Ahjanae really went above and beyond. She worked with us and even got assistance from another Fedex location (San Jose). Once we reached the San Jose location, she even called to make sure our order went through correctly!! Excellent service!!! Ahjanae deserves a raise! :-)”

“relocated from PA last year and was heavily reliant on Staples Tech Support for all our computer needs. Was called today and reminder to renew expiring anti-virus protection. Went to this tech support and Evan was able to provide us what we needed for this computer plus and additional computer purchased since. Evan answered all our questions and was able to download a Media Player required to view a slideshow recently sent for Mother's Day. Outstanding support! Thank you very much. Looking forward to our return trip.”
