“A big shout out to Dawn and Queen from this auto zone! They literally came to my rescue! My battery died in the parking lot of Burger King across the road from them and Dawn came over with a jump box and got me started so I could drive over to the store and get a battery (which I needed and was going to get tomorrow) Queen changed out my key fob battery and all was good to go!
They went above and beyond and got me back on the road in time for the second half of my job! lesson learned “Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today”

I have seen people wait only for him, and after dealing with him I know why. Will is an absolute gem and I hope that company realizes that. “I was in and out quickly. The gentleman that helped me went over the inspection for my car and told me suggestions for services during my next oil change. He offered discounts on the services provided. They were even kind enough to put my new license plate on my car that was in my trunk from the DMV. I received text messages on the progress of the services done on my car. He personally told me when my vehicle was on the way to the cat wash and drove my car to the front door. It's always a great experience.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Crash Champions. The front desk ladies were very friendly, they explained everything to me so that I actually understood it. They made getting rental car a lot less stressful as well. My car looked brand new when i got it back, Steve did an absolutely amazing job fixing the damage and it was done earlier than originally expected. “I was the victim of a hit and run which took my bumper and blinkers clean off. My insurance sent me here and they repaired it within a week or so. They also helped when I noticed the tail lights still not working but they took me right in and fixed it no questions asked. Very happy customer and they did phenomenal work.”

“They offer great services. Although recently I scheduled my car for headlight restoration and the service was successful but with one contra which was that in the process of polishing the headlights parts of the paint from the bumper came off so the headlights look nice now but the bumper has different parts without paint. I suggest they put some protection around the headlight to prevent these events.”
