I was asking a ton of questions and the Downtown NPR new location staff was absolutely so kind, so patient, and did an absolute phenomenal job with both Ash and Rex!!!! They honored all my request, Rex did so good for his first time and came out a happy boy no negative take aways for his first groom, and Ash’s groom came out Pinterest worthy!!!! If you are taking your dogs to get groomed ANYWHERE ELSE STOP! You need to take the here to or the Dowtown NPR location! I would drive hours if I had to get these results and to get them right here in my backyard is amazing! Thank you and we will be forever clients!!!!! To both groomers that did both my boys THANK YOU SO INCREDIBLY MUCH for giving both of them such gracious experiences somewhere new! You both are so talented, and I truly hope you stay here for a long time because it’s groomers and admin staffing that you have here that make businesses last!!!! P.s. When we welcomed a new yorkie-poo pup into our home there was no question that Pupperz would be her groomer! She always looks so cute and clean and they have some secret magic because her fur is the softest thing ever when she comes home.
Definitely recommend for puppies but especially for geriatric doggies whom they take extra care with, and new puppies who they introduce to the grooming process slowly so it becomes a familiar and easy part of their regular routine.
The ladies here are the kindest most compassionate and gentle groomers I've ever had the pleasure of working with!

7813 Mitchell Blvd Ste 112, New Port RicheyI adopted an older dog from Pasco Animal Services. I didn’t have much information about what she’s been through. I did notice that she can be a bit growly/nippy in some situations such as trying to get a sand spur out of her paw or trying to put a swab in her mouth. I gave the limited information that I knew of to the staff during her first wellness visit today. Dr. Salton, Chris, and another staff member (I apologize for not getting her name) were so patient and kind to my little grouch.❤️ They took a lot of time with her, petting her and telling her what a good girl she was while gently performing the exam. She also got lots of treats throughout the whole process! She relaxed so much that when I was busy with the bill and paperwork she laid down and took a short nap in the exam room. The findings and recommendations were explained to me in detail and my questions were answered. The entire experience was very professional, competent and showed a high level of care and compassion for both myself and Sapphire.

4041 Little Rd, New Port RicheyDr. Brownell is quite simply an extraordinary person and veterinarian. She gave our beloved dog Ava the most beautiful and peaceful passing imaginable. I say this as a long time pet parent who has had been at several good euthanasias and some that were not. What Dr. Brownell does for humans is quite wonderful too, she’s a guide, a grief counselor, a friend, a support system and she handled Ava with such gentle care and respect, even after she had passed. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about her, nor do I have the ability to convey the depth of our gratitude properly in words. My husband and I feel so blessed that when we called Lap of Love, that they had an opening only a few hours later and Dr. Brownell was able to help our darling girl over the rainbow bridge.

11014 Little Rd, New Port RicheyI haven’t had a pet in 4 years. A beautiful stray cat turned up at my house a few weeks ago, and she stole our hearts! VCA was the closet vet. Took her there to find out that she was not fixed or micro chipped, we had already reached out through social media and every site we could think of to find her owner, to no avail. Dr. Wendt Was so kind, examined her to find out that she seemed to be in very good health. They did not charge us for the office visit!! She is now officially ours, and we are so happy that we chose VCA, our neighborhood vet, who is now OUR vet. From the doctor to staff, they’re all very kind, friendly and compassionate.

My absolute favorite is the iced Reese’s latte. Ugh, I love it! It’s not often that you find a coffee shop offering peanut butter in their drinks, but somehow they make it work perfectly. It’s rich, delicious, and one of those drinks I crave long after I’ve finished it.
Ever since I moved away, all I can think about is their coffee… and their fun straws! If only they had a location closer to me. White Duck Espresso is definitely one of those places that’s worth going out of your way for, and I know I’ll be stopping by anytime I’m back in the area.

It is extremely clean inside, the food is outstanding, and everything was cooked exactly how I asked for it. The prices are incredible and the servers and owner are extremely friendly. If you have not been to this restaurant, you were missing something incredible. My wife and I go out and eat breakfast just about every weekend and we usually go to a couple different places, and Grandma Sally’s has replaced those restaurants for future visits.

7734 Congress St, New Port RicheyThe shelter was not open today, but the woman who came up to the gate helped me with my concerns, I've visited this shelter many many times over the course of a decade and SPCA Suncoast is leagues better than it used to be... And a country mile better than Pasco AND Hernando Animal Control. Those animal controls are understaffed and dogs sit in their own filth out in the elements. Good to see a local shelter making a difference... Especially with most places being over capacity.
