I came in for cat food and ended up leaving with a betta fish because I was concerned about the water temperature they were being kept in. Bettas are tropical fish and require warm water, and many of them appeared pale and stressed from the cold.
Once home, I kept him at a stable 78–79 degrees, and within a short time his color and energy completely returned. It was amazing to see the transformation.
I understand this is unfortunately a common practice in many pet stores, but I truly hope betta care standards can continue to improve. Even something simple like low-watt food warming mats under the containers could help keep the water at a safer temperature.
I’m grateful to the staff for their kindness, and I hope this feedback helps bring awareness to better betta care. ?❤️

105 Sunset Ln, LutzI am eternally grateful for All Creatures and Dr. K for Misters care. Mister was fed a corn cob by my elderly father in law and we had no idea until he started showing symptoms. They were able to get Mister in surgery immediately and remove a 2.5x7.5 cm corn cob that would have perforated his small intestine. They answered all my questions and even checked on him throughout the surgery to let me know he was okay while I was hysterically crying.
Mister is the most loving and affectionate dog I have ever known, and he needs constant cuddles and love. All Creatures had a dedicated person sit with mister before and after surgery to make sure he was having his needs fulfilled.
I know surgery is expensive and I am beyond grateful and privileged to be able to pay for his expenses. I think the pricing was fair for saving my dogs life, including the extra attentiveness to my needs and his. Dr. K gave me a huge hug and consoled me every step of the way, including a phone call prior to surgery to tell me exactly what he was going to do and all the possible outcomes Mister could have.
The surgery went excellent and Mister has been acting like nothing ever happened! His pain is managed and the medications they gave us are even chewable, so no having to shove pills in his mouth. They gave us detailed follow-up instructions and the dog food that Mister has to eat on a liquid diet.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my best friend, and all your empathy and love for Mister.

Two days before his passing, Dr. Brandon Nelson gave me peace and reassurance that we were making the right decision. When the time came, Dr. Norden was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The room they provided was private, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed with a couch, a bed for our dog, soft music, and even a comforting Winnie the Pooh quote on the wall. The staff, including the front desk team, treated us with so much kindness even though we were not previous clients. This was the hardest decision our family has ever made, but I’m grateful we were able to do it in such a compassionate place. I highly recommend Cheval Animal Hospital to anyone facing this difficult moment with their pet. ?

My normal vet and now Ex vet would not see her i. A timely manner and wanted me to take her to the emergency vet. Mind you I just had a really tough month financially as I own a small handyman business. So I didn't have the $ for emergency care. So I took her to VCA bc they got me an appointment for the ver6 next morning and the first visit was free so that helped tremendously. They did charge for the medication but told me to pay it when I am able. Even if it was a week or 2 before I could. The vet and all staff were great. They are my new vet for my pretty kitty ?

4575 Pet Ln, LutzDr. Siegel and her office and staff deserve 10 stars. I drove all the way down from Montana to seek guidance for my buddy Henry. At the time I didn’t fully understand the journey that I was set on but through the process, clarity has come to fruition.
Henry had an intensive spinal cancer and my wife and I had thought we were doing everything we could the right way for our “fur babies.”
We are health care providers ourselves and are completely understanding and in line with Dr. Siegels approach to health as well as getting to the route foundation of health and not just following symptoms. Dr. Siegel went above and beyond my expectations for Henry and myself.
Henry didn’t make it, but with his time under her care he made substantial improvements. Ultimately, I now see his transition was intentional and had a deeper purpose. A purpose to show me how I needed to be a better and more supportive person for myself and all the loved ones around me.
If it weren’t for the journey Henry took me on to find Dr. Siegel, I wouldn’t have started the journey I’ve been on and be where I am today. I miss my buddy with all of my heart but I know he’s still with me and still is very much spiritually connected to me. The Pasco community is blessed to have such a beautiful soul, spirit and practitioner providing amazing health care to our animal loved ones!!!

I use them for grooming and baths, so I was totally comfortable leaving her over the weekend. The staff truly love the animals, and it shows. Our girl looks forward to going, and once we arrive she actually drags me in. She can’t wait to get inside to be spoiled rotten. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby! She was exhausted from all the play but seemed so content and happy to be home after her mini vacation.
