Unfortunately, my experience with the food service was disappointing. I ordered cheese curds from the bar area and was told there would be a long wait. I understood that it was a busy day and was willing to be patient. However, after waiting over two hours and checking on my order multiple times, I still never received my food. I eventually had to leave for a prior engagement without ever getting my cheese curds.
My recommendation is to order directly from the food truck if you plan on purchasing food, as the bar area may experience significant delays during busy times. I would also recommend implementing a numbered ticket or buzzer system for food orders. This would help customers keep track of their orders, reduce the need to repeatedly check on their food, and improve the overall guest experience, especially on busy days
Overall, I would recommend this place for a family-friendly outing where you can relax, enjoy the Florida sunshine, listen to good music, and have a few drinks. Hopefully, the food service experience improves during peak hours!
