“Firstly, I visited the Xfinity store on a Tuesday, and it is true that you must arrive early to be seen in a timely fashion. People do line up outside of the store about 45 minutes to an hour early. Once inside, the rep takes your name and the turn around time is about 15 minutes.
I was able to schedule a new installation for the following day. Beth was my customer service rep, and she was highly efficient.
She explained all of the services offered, and enrolled me very quickly with the best plan to suit my needs.
