“We switched to Lightspeed Voice for our insurance agency after spending more than eight years with another VoIP provider. Changing phone providers after that long was definitely nerve-racking—we were comfortable with what we knew—but the lack of support from our previous provider ultimately led us to make the change. To say we are happy with Lightspeed Voice would be an understatement. We are ecstatic! From the very beginning, the onboarding process, customization, and level of support have been outstanding. The integration with our agency management system has been absolutely perfect, and the entire system has been tailored to work the way our agency works. We could NOT be happier with our decision. Our only regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner! Five stars without hesitation!”

“Zariah was a pleasure to work with ☺ She was very knowledgeable about iPhones and was able to handle the store on her own and have patience for many different customers when the store was very busy. We would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location and ask to speak with her if you have any questions.”

“Terrific service from Mr. Casella yesterday. With some trepidation, we made the decision to drop our 25–year carrier due to worsening customer service and billing errors. Joey was extremely patient and helpful in helping us transition to T-Mobile. Would highly recommend without reservation.”

“I want to give a shout out to Derek Baker in the Venice Florida Verizon store. He was so helpful and patient with me and went over and above to try to settle a booster problem. Although I don’t have resolution yet, I’m sure he will get things solved for me. He is a wonderful asset to this store!”
