“Had a great experience today! Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the 2 USPS workers were incredibly helpful and kind. Riga, the USPS agent assigned to passports, had me in and out, processed and photo taken in under 10 minutes. I live near a different post office and it’s so nice to find an efficient location, relatively close to me. I didn’t catch the other employee’s name but she was a young woman in her 20’s, and she was incredibly pleasant and friendly as well!”

“Co-worker recommended it. Went one night and it was chained off closed, went one morning and the line had 6 cars (too long for me). Went tonight after work and chain was down, went in, paid the basic to try and drove my car up to the wash. Attendant scrubbed and pressure washed my car from top to bottom, front and back and tires. Then the car went through the actual car wash tunnel. I was impressed! I’ve tried 3 car wash clubs in Florida where attendants “pre-wash” and these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Hands down, best care for your car. Vacuum I tried, there’s about 6 spots, nothing out of the ordinary, and smooth. Four stars for me just on the schedule part not knowing when they operate. Other than that, great experience.”
“This is a great location. The other one on University, across from Ihop is a great one too. Staff is professional and helpful. I may not get everything I want, but they do try to help and will explain why something is not possible and what I need to do to rectify it. I rate on consistency and not just one bad day at the post office.”

“Very clean and the employees worked as quickly and efficiently as they were able to, often the customers are very rude to the workers and refuse to listen to an employee of the federal government and are constantly accusing them of not knowing the laws that they these Postal Workers are trained to know.
I wish customers would just understand that everyone is doing the job that they have to do, in the way that it needs to be done, all in order to make sure that there are no issues on either sending or receiving posted mail.”
“Every negative review for this office is crazy. If you’re late for a passport appointments, for ANY appointment you would have to reschedule especially at USCIS. Your documents not ready? Get to the back of the line until they are. Having a problem purchasing tape? THIS IS A BUSINESS. Their job is to make money! Nothing is free!
It’s sad how many illiterate people make reviews because they are told a company policy or say “We pay your salary”. The post Office has policies, and just like any other place some follow it and some don’t. Do your research Post Office pays their employees unlike most government jobs. I’ve had plenty of interactions with Shunda and Agnes and she follows the rules.

“This 5-star review is for Jose. He had made the experience of dropping off my packages for my etsy shop actually bareable. I've dropped off my packages to many other USPS locations some closer to where I live and some farther away and almost 100% of those experiences have either been unwelcoming or have left me feeling stupid for asking simple questions about the tracking on one of my packages that was sent(Miami Gardens location). I honestly feel like Jose should be used as an example for how to interact with the public let alone people conducting business with this establishment. Anyways. This is my favorite USPS location because of him and hopefully he gets recognition for it.”
“I was recommended by a staff member who worked at another post office and to avoid the other ones in the area. Afterwards, I decided to check it out when I was in the Ojus area. The majority of the staff is very friendly. This is now second go-to USPS location (even if it's a little further away) in case my usual one is closed.”
“The five stars is for Scarlett who’s always super professional and hard working. The rest of the employees here seem to have taken the pop copy training manual from the Chappelle Show literally. I don’t entirely blame em’ cause USPS should hire more staff and provide adequate breaks and down time for their staff. But dang don’t take it out on the innocent clients talk to your superiors about more pay and breaks etc…”
“This is my local post office and I've used them for everything from prepaid returns to buying stamps to sending international packages to money orders. Usually very little wait time, and friendly interactions with the experienced and efficient staff. It's so convenient and pleasant (unusually so by Miami customer service standards) that I'm honestly afraid DeJoy will shut this location down. Treat the staff with kindness and respect and it will be reciprocated!”

“They should put more staff to work and the correspondence that is in the pioboxes cannot be picked up outside of post office hours. It doesn't seem good to me since I am paid for my correspondence and I can pick it up when I return from work. That is my opinion.”
“I went to the post office yesterday the 09/06/2024 reason been my mail was return to the post office so went to this branch for information on where exactly it is and I went to the pick up section and the lady that IN that section I didn't get her name she is tall dark with braids :she portrait the best attitude I could ever imagine she is kind she listen to me attentively she seems so knowledgeable I gave her 100%”

“I visited this post office on a Friday around 1 pm and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received.
While the location might be a bit challenging to find initially due to inadequate signage, once you arrive, the staff more than makes up for it with their exceptional customer service.
I am puzzled by the negative reviews; perhaps those experiences were influenced by the attitude of the customers. (You get back what you put out there)
I highly recommend this post office location to anyone in the area.”

“I've had mostly good experiences at this location, the place is sometimes understaffed at peak hours, but that's hardly the fault of the employees. If you want to blame anyone, blame our current leaders for cutting funding and trying to dismantle a public service to line their own pockets. A lot of complaints I've been seeing on here are either very petty, to obvious lies, but you know the obvious reason for that is....”
“Yesterday I was looking for my Husband passport and it was shown informed deliveries that it would’ve came yesterday. I spoke to the Carrier. That deliver my mail on yesterday as well and today the Carrier came knocking on my door today great service he found the passport he brought it to my door. My address is 2270 NW. 178th St. I like to give a good report for the carrier deliver the passport. I am a former manager of the post office and I thank God for a carrier like this one they deliver my mail today thank you for your work. Thank you former retiree. Even though you was not the regular, you did a great job. 3/4/2025”
