Great pricing and your “diagnosis fee” goes towards your fix. Gave an accurate time frame and they text you a link when they’re somewhat close so you can track your technician and know exactly when they’ll be there. Highly recommend for any appliance fix. Right from when we walked in we found just what we were looking for, at reasonable prices. Sue was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions and recommendations and we purchased everything we needed. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The furniture was delivered on time and the men the were very efficient, professional and polite. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

It was surprisingly cheap at originally $149 it went down to $90 with Black Friday Deals and got $60 off my purchase. Then they even helped me load it into my truck. “I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”

It was helpful that there's a "template" in the nuts and bolts area where we could test the widget and measure it to the right size. One thing we wanted is no longer being sold anywhere. We even reached out to the manufacturer and they don't make it anymore - a 6 inch shelf bracket. So we're still hunting around for those.
