The scooter I ordered (the more expensive model) was different than what was delivered (the cheaper model). It was an error on the shipping company's part. I contacted customer service for Mobility Scooters Direct, thinking I was going to get the run-around. NOPE... customer service moved quick & shipped me the correct model plus arranged pick up of the incorrect model.
If looking to order a scooter online, this is a good company to order from. They seem honest and reputable!”

“I was on vacation and going on a cruise that afternoon when I realized that I did not have all the parts for my CPAP equipment. I saw this company online and read the previous reviews which prompted me to call the company.
I spoke with Ingrid and explained what I needed. She checked if they had what I needed and she said they had it in stock.
When I got there I met Ingrid and her boss and they went out of their way to insure I had everything I needed.
They saved our vacation as I would have been unable to use my CPAP for 2 weeks. That would have been a real disaster and not good for my health.

The owner was very kind and sent over a brand new … top of the line medical chair ASAP after I explained how another company left me stuck with a disgusting broken chair. “We had excellent, helpful, fast service with Dania Medical Equipment. I contacted them the day a hurricane was hitting Florida. Even though weather was bad, they delivered a wheelchair quickly to our hotel. He answered questions, ensured we got the correct size, and was polite and helpful. The price was reasonable, both for the quality equipment and the speedy delivery. He guided me the next day on adjusting the brakes and said he'd send out a technician if I couldn't figure it out. He even called the following day to make sure I was able to adjust them properly. They were compassionate, helpful and kind and I highly recommend them.”

“I needed a wheelchair and one day later a high quality chair was delivered. The entire process was one of the smoothest processes I’ve encountered! I must acknowledge the two people who both went above and beyond to assist me. First we spoke with Sashra. She made sure my insurance was taken care of , not an easy task, and arranged for a special chair to be delivered. She was knowledgeable and she cared very much about getting my needs taken care of.
The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Tray . Tray showed up early with the delivery. He was patient, kind and friendly. He knew everything about the equipment and he took his time teaching my husband and myself how to use the chair.

She has epilepsy, and even though she has drop seizures we rarely make her wear a helmet because they caused too much stress (which caused more seizures). She does not mind this one at all!
