“I’ve been to Ace Hardware several times, and every experience has been outstanding. A special thank you to Keith, who has gone above and beyond to help me more than once. I’ve had issues with the splash shield under my car coming loose and flapping, and every time I’ve come in, Keith has come outside and helped me get it secured so I could safely get home. On another visit, I came in for a completely different service, and once again the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find businesses that consistently treat people with kindness and go the extra mile, but this Ace Hardware does exactly that. Keith and the entire team have earned a loyal customer. Thank you for always being so wonderful!”

“Be careful this is a candy store and a grown man can become lost but he'll never forget that he's a man as long as he's in a properly equipped store like this one.”

“From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

“The mark of a good company is how they handle things when they go wrong. Today a very helpful woman named Carie Assisted me in tracking down an online order where the wrong product have been delivered to my warehouse on the other side of town. She called the store that was to deliver the doors, they tracked down the shipment and found them still in the warehouse. Crisis averted, and now we can make our customer happy thank you for great customer service.”

Alison and Stephanie were very helpful and took care of the problem right away. “I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .”
