“The assistant manager, Mark is an awesome guy! Obviously with the deep freeze, we had there’s leaves everywhere in the yard and I had a gas blower that I could not get to start for the life of me and the string ended up breaking.
Mark was able to fix it for me in less than 30 minutes and got it running again for a very reasonable price!

“Amazing customer service! Elijah was beyond helpful. Answered 20 different questions for my dyi. Could not figure out the correct nuts for bolts. Could easily tell my stress level was crazy. “From day 1 I started going to Ace for bait to fish in the small lake in the back of my son’s house in Clermont my customer experience has been “Top Notch” from all of the employees there. My wife and I & my grandson came down a second time to Clermont to stay and of course we went to Ace for our bait. The gentleman I met the first time, Ryan, has been exceptional when it comes to customer service. After a few trips of getting bait, I had one mishap with the bait. I called and spoke to Ryan and advised me to come back on their next delivery of bait and he will take care of it. We’ll, this gentleman is a man of his word. I purchased some bait and he replenished the ones that where lost. Whenever I visit my family here in Clermont I’ll be coming to this Ace for all of my home, garden and of course my fishing needs. By the way my grandson caught a 6.9lb bass and I caught a 7.4lb bass using Ace shiners. Thanks again Ryan for everything you’ve done for me and my family during our stay in Clermont.”

“I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .”

“I just want to give a special recognition to Dylan B from the Clermont store for an OUTSTANDING customer service experience. About two weeks ago, I was actually trying to do a self checkout with a gift card purchase and Dylan approached me to offer assistance and was kind enough not only to offer help, but to listen and understand the issue I was having using gift cards online. Dylan went above and beyond by taking me to a separate cashier and not only helped me with the gift cards, also offered to order the item that I was trying to buy online and is not available in store yet.
I have to sincerely say that this is probably the BEST interaction I have had at Lowes, and the customer service experience that Dylan provided, greatly exceeded my expectations. Great job Dylan B!”

“Longgggg story short we placed an order online for same day delivery but delivery didn't workout so we made contact with the store (Oakland, FL) phone lines were down so everything was done by email. Dom was so very helpful and VERY QUICK with response. He helped us arrange for in store pickup and when we got there everything we needed was waiting at the front for us. Worth mentioning the young lady that helped us from the main toll free number was also extremely helpful but unfortunately I didn't receive the email survey for her.
Kudos Tractor Supply for hiring great, friendly, and helpful staff.
