“We went in to switch out our router and Cazio not only assisted us with the equipment upgrade, but also helped us to bundle our services to significantly lower our monthly cost! We did have to wait a bit for service, but that was understandable with it being a Sunday. Cazio also let us know we could upgrade our wifi extenders and gave us the new ones, and scheduled us for an appointment for the next day to return the old ones. He went above and beyond with the customer service he provided!”

“This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

“Cassie and Zach were amazing! Not only were they friendly, they were very helpful as well! Cassie made sure I got the maximum rebates for switching my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and made the process so smooth and easy. I came to this location and even drove a little further to do so after reading reviews of other T-Mobile stores in the area and I’m glad I did! I don’t think I would’ve received the help and service that I did from Cassie and Zach at any other location. If you are needing to visit a T-Mobile store I recommend coming to this location, they will do you right and not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Thank you Cassie for your assistance and Zach for the laughs and good vibes! 😎 -Matt”

“I have had a very short tenure with Voice Onyx, but after the nightmare of phone service I have had the last 6 months with various other providers - Spectrum, SpectrumVOIP, RingCentral - I am glad I ended up here. It was simple for them to actually fit my needs and they were able to install the service in a jiffy using existing Polycom phones. And the best part of it all, no hidden fees or taxes, one simple transparent bill.”

“I had the genuine opportunity to meet the manager, Angel after walking into the store with a major issue with a Vectra Verizon Store and customer service online. I had tried numerous times to resolve my issue with a cracked screen shield which I had a warranty. I have been with Verizon since Cellular One. I am a longstanding customer and believe in top quality service with the premium price I pay each month. Angel, the manager heard my frustration and jumped right in to assist me in resolving the issue. Everyone by phone was not able to resolve the issue and I was connected with another representative about 6 times in a couple hours. Customer service by phone needs attention because this is what keeps customers. I highly commend Angel, the Manager for the great professionalism, compassion and empathy he has for his customers. We need more Angels in the Verizon company worldwide. He has such a phenomenal presence and calms you when you are ready to depart the Verizon company. Thank you so much Angel! I will be back when I have an issue, hopefully I will not but I definitely will reach out if I do. I would give Angel a million stars ⭐ if I could!”

“When I first walked in the place was packed, I thought it would be a long wait but it wasn’t. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat down to wait and not even ten minutes later Chris called my name. Chris has the best customer service personality. He was kind, helpful, and made the extremely stressful process easy. I have been a customer of Verizon for over a decade and he was the absolute best Verizon agent I’ve ever encountered. He should seriously be training others or at the very least recognized for the level of service he provides. I highly recommend this location.”

“I was having a lot of trouble transferring from metro pcs to spectrum. I went to several spectrum store locations And this location finally was able to help me. They had awesome customer service and went out of their way to help with all of my issues. I especially want to give a shout out to Carlie and Yashira for thier exceptional product knowledge and patience. They should give a customer service training class to their associates at the local spectrum stores. After 4 visits to other Spectrum stores within 24hrs, These superstar professionals got it right on the first try!”
