“This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

“I had the genuine opportunity to meet the manager, Angel after walking into the store with a major issue with a Vectra Verizon Store and customer service online. I had tried numerous times to resolve my issue with a cracked screen shield which I had a warranty.
I have been with Verizon since Cellular One. I am a longstanding customer and believe in top quality service with the premium price I pay each month.
Angel, the manager heard my frustration and jumped right in to assist me in resolving the issue.
Everyone by phone was not able to resolve the issue and I was connected with another representative about 6 times in a couple hours. Customer service by phone needs attention because this is what keeps customers.
I highly commend Angel, the Manager for the great professionalism, compassion and empathy he has for his customers. We need more Angels in the Verizon company worldwide. He has such a phenomenal presence and calms you when you are ready to depart the Verizon company.

I sat down to wait and not even ten minutes later Chris called my name. Chris has the best customer service personality. He was kind, helpful, and made the extremely stressful process easy.
