“I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for insurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. “My sister and I stayed in Orlando over the weekend for the EDC festival. On the first night, my sister lost her phone. Next morning, after no luck with lost and found, we had to go to the branch to replace it. We called ahead, Christian answered promptly and was very helpful. The store was swamped with people in the same situation. Though we did have to wait a while, the clerks were very alert and ensured everyone was helped in their turn. All were working very hard, but it’s Alex that took care of us. He was fantastic. Took great care of my sister & had a great sense of humor over the whole situation. He’s worked there long enough to have been prepared for the what I guess is a usual rush. Even gave the rest of the staff a heads up!Next day, lost and found lets us know they found her phone. She wanted to keep her old phone. So, we went back to the store hoping they could return the phone. Alex was there again and was able to help us in no time at all. I am so grateful for this kind of service. My husband and I had Sprint for years before the buy-out. We were concerned at first, but after this experience, I am very confident that they will serve our needs well.”

“I stopped here to get my prepaid label to return my trade in phone. Store manager Gina (beautiful woman with beautiful eyeglasses) greeted me right away (hint to other T-Mobile stores…) and she referred me to Foster. Foster took care of the paperwork and I was actually able to return the phone at the actual store. I asked about some recommendations on screen protectors and Foster informed me about lifetime replacement of them if you have their phone insurance. Gina even chimed in suggesting it is totally worth it since screen protectors get cracked and scratched all the time. Their insurance also includes Apple Care so it was a no brainer.I was happy with the costumer service I received from Gina and Foster. The vibe of the store is very inviting and organized. I will definitely come back if I ever need assistance or any help. Thank you guys!”

“Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.”
