“I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. I can't justify paying a recurring monthly charge for cloud storage when my current device works perfectly fine. I left my phone with Sam and returned a couple of hours later. Sam then informed me that he also replaced the battery at no charge and I should be able to notice a big difference in the amount of time between a fresh charge. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to do their business here for whatever services are needed.”
“Holly was so helpful when we came in with my son to transfer his service over to his own line since he’s leaving for active military duty to South Korea. She was so informative so on point so fast anything and everything in a customer service rep is Holly. Even when I return to the store for additional questions because he’s overseas, she is just always waiting with a smile and helpful. She is a great employee asset to Verizon and a management point of view the epitome of Customer Service.”
“Our group recently took advantage of a new connection deal from AT&T, and as part of the upgrade, I needed to return my old phone to the AT&T Store. When I arrived, I was assisted by Carlos from AT&T customer service, who made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Carlos was knowledgeable and walked me through each step, ensuring the phone return was completed without any issues. He was patient, attentive, and answered all my questions about the return process, which really put me at ease.

“I drove really far just to come to this AT&T store, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was amazing. I worked with Alex, and he was honestly the best!! super knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand without rushing me at all. Cam was also great and very welcoming, and you can tell the store is run well because the manager, Matt, clearly leads a solid team. The customer service here is on another level compared to other stores I’ve been to. I’d absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend this location to anyone.”

“Wow I haven’t been to Cellfix in awhile but unfortunately my phone decided to break on me, it was the car doors fault I swear lol, Rose had my phone back to new in like 15 minutes, even offered me a free month of insurance for it but I’m planning on trading it in this week for a 17 or I would have done it for sure. I was able to get the new Moto G 5G 2024 the phone is going off the shelf like hotcakes so I was finally able to get my hands on one.
