“My husband and I went in today after having some issues with our devises not having service. We called the online 24/7 customer service team and nothing worked in fact the problem had gotten worse after that. We finally decided to go into the store since Matt and his team have helped us previously, as we had just experienced a major hurricane he was the only one that was able to make it in. We ran into several issues and it was tough to figure out what the problem was however, Matt did not give up nor did he let us leave without making sure our phones were both up and running. He is an amazing worker and no doubt will always be our go-to when having issues we honestly could not thank him enough! His patience with us as well as his ability to make you feel welcomed and like you had a friend working to help you was greatly appreciated!”

I appreciate the fast and ethical service this store and the young man Rob provided me fixing my phone last week. I had to give it time because I’ve been messed over before and this store is the real deal. I even had another repair shop look at it after the repair and they had no bad words. He looked all the offers they were available to me, and I was very pleased. He explained all the options. I wanted to upgrade to Apple Watch 10. He offered other options I had available, which was not interested And we moved on. He transferred all the services I had on my old Apple Watch To the new one. I was very happy with all the offers. I also bought insurance for my phone. He went over and beyond The service required.
I also bought some new band for the watch.

“I came into the store and was greeted by Jonathan P. When I say he was Amazing HE WAS AMAZING! I came in with questions about joining T-Mobile and what it would take to bring my numbers over from Spectrum. He thoroughly explained it to me and even spoke with my husband on the phone to ensure I was saying it correctly lol. The only reason why we didn’t get setup then and there was because he was pulled away several times to assist his other colleagues, apparently he’s THE APPLE EXPERT which they seem to need his help with a lot .
