The store manager, Alon (I hope I’m spelling that right) is really good at explaining what is being fixed on my products. As someone who doesn’t understand the logistics behind technology very well, it is super helpful. They will also give you a call to keep you updated on the status of your repair if it is taking longer than expected, which is very appreciated so you are not waiting wondering what’s happening with your stuff. “I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.”

“I have been going through a Difficult time and was unable to pay my phone Bill. So I walked Into Verizon and a nice young lady named Kate got me a two day extension so I can handle my business. I was able to make money that day in the following morning. I was outside Verizon on East Bay when they opened I personally carried in the money to pay the bill, but I was still going through a hard time. I didn’t have a Wireless charger and I had a very important phone calls to me. This young lady took it upon herself to purchase a wireless charger and block for me then gave me a note that told me I was important and that God loves me and everything is gonna be OK because of that random act of kindness. I am now back in the saddle I was able to handle all of my business and get my head above water I owe this little lady Kate way more than a thank you and a simple Google review, but she went above and beyond anything that anyone in the customer service has ever done for me personally, and I have worked in retail and restaurants for a long time. God bless that little lady and God bless Verizon for helping me out and being understanding as far as I’m concerned, there is no other phone company.”

“So, these phone companies are no different than Airlines… you can say, this one is terrible, I’ll never… but the fact is we need this stupid devices to run our lives. Yesterday I was a 20+ yr ATT customer and have had an iPhone since the 1st day they went public19+ yrs… but ATT has become to detached from their customers and frankly do not value loyalty. Mercedes and the team at International Plaza provided a rarity these days, Customer Service with solid knowledge and experience coupled with a good promotion, earned my Personal and Business accounts and I recommend, if you’re tired of the run around on the phone or worse, going to an in person store only to have the rep pick-up the phone and go through a menu tree, I recommend you see her team and have them guide through the process and see it through to the end!
