“I've never had any serious problems or complaints the only drawback I would say is that sometimes you have to wait a while for food when there's a lot of people and they don't have a lot of workers available behind the counter but overall I've never had any problems with the food or the quality of food that I ordered it's usually fairly in and out of times people are fairly respectful even when you sit outside so it's not bad at all the pizza actually they offer now is pretty good it's better than going to Domino's or something so you really can't beat that at all but overall I've never really had any major problems except waiting for sandwiches because they get fairly busyI'm homeless with my service animal as of January 2024 I called and asked if I could bring the dog in to get something to eat and they told me it's okay as long as he's not aggressive I brought him in and everyone was so kind and friendly and they said it was okay and that I was welcome to bring him in anytime and I could sit outside and they wouldn't ask me to leave for loitering mainly because I've been coming here for 4 years and I know I'm not a threat so I feel safe and comfortable even though I'm homeless that they allow me to have my service animal come out so I just want to take the time to thank them and their staff for being so kind and cordial to me and my service animal”

“My efforts to obtain a medication for my pet was fixed in short time by Crystal at the Saxon pharmacy. The medication was not available on the same day, at her store, but she was kind enough to research other stores in the area to locate it. I was able to get it and relieve my pets pain. She is the type of employee that makes me want to return to this store for my needs.”
“My elderly parents blew a tire last Wednesday (1/25) and pulled in to this 7-11 parking lot. I got a panicked call from them for help. Both of them commented how nice and helpful the manager was, and also another employee they thought was maybe a maintenance man or something. They offered them water and to let them come and sit inside in the ac. It was nice that day, so they didn't take them up on the offer, but I was so thankful for their kindness and help until I got there. And they were super busy at the time!”
