I loathe having to do a return to Home Depot on the weekends. Well I had a need to go to the return desk on a Saturday. As usual, there were about 10 people waiting to do a return.
However, Charlene was at the return desk and she continued to recognize we were waiting. She apologized for the wait we were having and continuously thanking us for our patience.”
“Tool & Truck rental service was really fast and easy. I like their trailers, they are very easy to haul. If you have a truck or a SUV that has a tow hook setup ready, should be able to rent a small utility trailer. It very affordable to rent one.”
“Normally I would go in for the items I need or order, BUT today I am picking up items that I can't pick up. Lol. Little ole me picking up heavy items for the office. So I'm trying this curbside pick up deal. I entered the required info upon my arrival and been waiting now 10 min. Hmmmm. Thinking of going in for items or at least to say, "hey I'm here" but then bam. 2 incredibly kind and courteous young men show up. They were very nice and respectful. Also apologized for the delay. Thank you Home Depot, the 2 young men deserve a A+. I picked up on 4/22 at 12:47. Wish I got their names.”

“This location really does have the Helpful Hardware Folks! I can not say enough nice things about the employees at this location. They really treat you like you matter and I feel like I’m going to and actual neighborhood store that looks out for my best interest, not a chain store that doesn’t care.
Needed help with some plants for a school garden and they were so helpful and generous when they hear about how another chain hardware store was very rude and unhelpful.”
