“I stayed here due to the hurricane. The place was clean and the staff was nice BUT the beds are hard as a rock. My back hurt every morning. I was Tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable. Please change the beds because they are rock hard!!!!”

“PROS: I love that I was offered an option to check in online and set up a digital key on my phone to get into the room. If you check in this way it also gives you a chance to view the hotel layout and choose your room, which I thought was pretty cool.I received a text message the morning of check in with a very nice welcome message and they asked if there was anything they could do for me before my arrival. I’ve never had a hotel do that before. I felt valued. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it. I thought that was pretty neat too ! They also had two complimentary bottles of water for us. The room was clean and I loved the storage space. They have a wall full of hooks which made it easy to hang up bags. I also appreciate that they don’t use carpets in their room as they can be so unhygienic.Breakfast was included and it was great ! They even had extra toppings for pancakes like caramel and chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.The lobby had an inviting feel to it. Lounge area for guests, foosball tables, and a snack and coffee bar.I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.Cons: The hotel door kept getting stuck. When I first arrived I was excited to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room but I ended up needing to go to the front desk to ask for help getting into my room because I thought my digital key wasn’t working. Turns out you just have to push the door extra hard to get it open. It was very difficult opening the door from the inside as well. I had to pull with all my might to yank that thing open. Every single time!!! I only stayed one night so it didn’t bother me much, but for a multiple night stay this might really become annoying.”

“We had a problem, but it was effectively solved by the front desk. Marion and Paulette demonstrated tremendous customer service in assisting us with our issue. They are both excellent assets to your hotel. My family and I likely will return because of them!We also thought the breakfast was great. Staff there was courteous, and the operation was well run. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”
“For this price range the hotel was very nice. Modern, clean, nice features. Good bed and lots of pillows. The hair dryer was broken, we were quickly delivered a new one to our room. Very friendly helpful staff. One website showed a whirlpool but this was closed during Covid so they only have the outdoor pool. Next door is a Cracker Barrel restaurant. In the hotel lobby are a good variety of snacks and sodas for purchase. In the morning a small coffee shop operates. Conveniently located right off I -95, easy access on and off.
Rooms: Clean modern comfortable, plenty of lamps, big tv on wall”

“The check-in process was fast, and lots of parking was available. Dont get me wrong, you might walk far. Rooms were decent size, and the workers were all nice. Nice kitchenette, but we didn't use the facilities. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am - 9 am. Have your ticket ready as they will ask for it. Overall, it was great accommodations for an overnighter.”

“No matter what others may call the Red Roof Inn + in JAX. It came in handy for myself and my daughter. It’s pet friendly so I was allowed to bring my cat FREE… the rooms were clean… ice machine on each floor…a pool….the location was convenient to Walmart and local eating places… the rates were cheap! The cable worked, and so did the WiFi. I was on a budget from this storm, so for under $100 a night this place was a blessing.
The only thing they didn’t offer was breakfast but that was minor to me!”

“Good location off 95 but still quiet area. The bed was very comfortable; we slept well. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The rug was stained and could probably use a facelift.
The women who checked is in at night and the breakfast area were friendly.
Breakfast was disappointing with flavorless, cardboard texture sausage and watery eggs.”
“We had a comfortable stay at Navy Inns and Suites and appreciated being placed on the first floor with our two dogs. The room appeared clean and well-kept, which we were grateful for. However, I did experience allergies during our stay, which made it difficult for me to feel completely at ease. The shower also didn’t drain properly, causing water to pool within a minute or two.
On the plus side, the hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of nearby food and amenities options, which made our stay more convenient. We were passing through after evacuating for Hurricane Milton, and despite a few issues, we would consider staying here again if visiting the area for pleasure.”

“We had to stay here as I moved for a job rooms are decent Kayla at the front desk is super helpful and attentive Larry the gm is awesome as well would be 5 stars but wish the housekeeping was a little more attentive to the long term guest and didn't yell outside your door at 8am on a Sunday in Spanish

“Let me just say… Luna, is an amazing bar tender and person!! The stay was good, but coming to the hotel bar after a long day was so much fun! She is funny and sets up Pictionary or uno, which at first, you hesitate, but then realize it’s hilarious fun all night long! Especially when you’re traveling for work. She needs a raise!! Excellent customer service and super fun! ?”
