“The general manager of this store was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend is trans and we were wanting to find her bra size and felt like we would face judgement due to this but she was extremely helpful and didn't judge us at all. We got a bunch of cute clothes as well!”
“Amazingly beautiful store . Everything was definitely where it needed to be in order and at my fingertips. Help was offered and great deals mentioned. Our cashier was an amazing elder lady whom checked everything hourly and made sure no parts missing. Good thing because one of the Nikes had a lace missing . We received our discounts used our coupons. Was an ideal easy shopping trip. I give this store a complete 10 on sales ease of getting what we needed and then some. Kudos to the whole experience.”
“My husband and I came in today to replace a broken pair of sunglasses through the protection plan. We were not aware of the process for the replacement but Steven went above and BEYOND in every single way. He was extremely professional, friendly, so calming in explaining the replacement policy and made the whole process so easy to complete. I called ahead to make sure it was ready to pick up and the associate who answered was very nice. I got there, he was there with another associate. Both offered great customer service.
