I’ve used this location on 3 occasions in the past month to rent and return and didn’t have any issues. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously check the car before you take it out (videos or photos) but that should be standard practice nowadays. No pushiness on toll passes thankfully :)

The team at avis on Rosiland Ave in Orlando is amazing! I have rented here for over 5 years and Rosa and Orlando are great. Thank you Rosa and Orlando for always treating me well.
