“I had my MacBook Air service there and my wife just had her MacBook Pro service there just a few weeks ago. They are confident and confident in their abilities. In fact they put a new battery in my wife’s MacBook Pro a heck of a lot less than wanted to charge. Everything initially worked fine and there was a slight glitch with the battery and they replaced it again and tested it and it now works perfectly. I highly recommend this business for your computer phone and tablet needs. They even sell and resell equipment if you’re looking to upgrade from an older tablet or computer to a newer one ??”

“I got a new Wireless Apple CarPlay Receiver installed on my 20 year old Honda. Purchased the unit from Best Buy. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Geek Squad automotive crew was. Super chill guys and most importantly, my receiver looks fantastic. Gianni R. installed mine and gave me a quick tutorial before I left. “Four stars only because at first I had a horrible experience at Apple Florida Mall on Tuesday around 5:30 pm with the Genie bar scheduling person Chris (tall with glasses) no empathy to my situation when scheduling. Then I waited for the tech support person Marcus (wears a black cloth cover in his head) horrible experience no customer service, very demeaning way of speaking. No effort again for trying to help me that I was so frustrated that I was leaving the store when then my mom found Isaiah and said that she approached him because she saw how he was speaking to other customers, kind, excellent person who was only scheduling appointments that day so he gave us Carlos (from Peru) and Carlos gave us Vic (he is the apple pro at the store) who took care of my phone issue that day. Excellent energy, willingness to help, empathy, all the good qualities you expect in customer service, all three Isaiah, Carlos, Vic had them. Thank you to all of you! I had to go back on Wednesday for my Mac issues and thankfully Isaiah helped me with all of them that day. I know Isaiah will do great wherever he goes, excellent, humble person.”
