Many workers are very nice, with specific praise for excellent and amazing help from staff in electrical, tool rental, and customer service. However, one experience with a cashier was noted as rude. Overall, the knowledgeable team is ready to help DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike get started on their next project, making some customers feel like a kid in a candy store.
Had an issue with an online order. Randi and Brian both spent a decent amount of time resolving the issue.

All the workers very nice but the cashier Sandra very rude I speak. Hello she didn’t say anything it was like I was speaking to myself she the reason not 5 stars other then that location is nice
