What happened to this place? Needed luggage and ad said 60 percent off. Was still over 200 for 1 piece. Wife says just go to tj maxx. So off we go

Valerie is the best!! She saved my Valentine’s Day and even took the time to wrap the cologne I bought. The mall around this Macy’s may be dead but the customer service is very much alive!!
