“First, I have used Lovelace to fill my personal tanks for my RV and grill and they are always fast and friendly and the price is on par with others in the area. Second, and more important, the company I use for my home propane was not able to top off my tanks prior to the recent hurricane. We called and they topped off our tanks the next day even though we were not current residential customers. Needless to say, we will use Lovelace for our residential needs in the future. I highly recommend for both portable tank topping off and residential deliveries.”

When I had a gas leak one late night I called and a friendly technician was out 30-40 minutes later. Today I had James and Bobby come out to do some work on my tank and although I wasn't here my wife was raving about how nice, courteous, and professional they were. “I've had a Sams Gas rental tank since 2003 and am very satisfied. This past year, there have been a couple of leaks. Sams Gas came expediently to check and repair.
Roberto Dryer did an excellent job disconnecting and reconnecting my gas dryer when I needed to have it taken out for a new water heater.
Brashary did an excellent job repairing the gas leak. Yury was very thorough with his check for any leaks. He was able to check from the tank whether there was a leak in the line to the house. The leaks were at the tank controls. He flooded the area and confirmed that there were no further leaks .... very thorough!
Nancy is always most helpful with scheduling and internal communication. She's delightful!
I had Sams Gas install a remote controlled gas log for my fireplace. Love it! Well worth every cent of the cost.”

Ferrell has a bit of a monopoly around here, and I am paying about 40% more (not 5 stars) than I should for convenience, but her service and spirit make it ALMOST worth it. “Very organized, very communicative and the front desk staff and the staff helping get the truck out were positive, energetic, keen and helpful. The drop off was super fast and easy as well. Great experience. One thing to note, when reserving the rental online, the U-haul makes it very scary saying that insurance companies do not cover truck rental damages, and to pay their $15 to cover this. I called my State Farm agent and State Farm does, that will save you $15. Otherwise, it is super affordable!”
“The process was easy. Made Reservations online and provided all required info. Went to location to pick up vehicle and t was ready on time. Took back vehicle and checkout was a breeze. Very efficient.”
“Our family had a reservation for a 20’ truck rental on 5/7. When we arrived we discovered there was a nationwide communication issue with the U-Haul servers. Internet communications and computers were down. Instead of taking the easy way out, and telling their customers there was nothing that could be done, our rental advisor went out her way to remedy the problem. She used her personal cell phone to access an alternate system that was working intermittently. After a few tries we were able to leave in our truck.
When we returned the Vehicle there was a minor billing issue that needed to be clarified. Gairy the location manager was very attentive. He listened to our concerns, understood the circumstances, and everything was resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this location again.”

“Honestly for many many years I've been coming to this location with family and friends , but these past couple days I went to go rent a truck myself. Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%!”
