“Prefect shopping experience. When we 1st entered, Bill greeted all customers. He informed us of sales , he knew where items were located in the store, informed us of discount eligibility. When shopping the associates made sure people were finding what they came shopping for. Associates were sweeping, who doesn’t like a clean store?! :)
If customers couldn’t find the right size, associates informed about order from store shipping. The opened up more registers when a wave of people all checked out at once. While leaving the manager was communicating over headset about where coverage and breaks would happen. He was clear, confident and considerate. I will wait and visit Florida from now on. Just to gladly shop here instead of going to my local store.”
“Visited twice during our vacation (holiday) I bought 3 pairs during our first visit. My partner had a good laugh with the girl dealing with my broad Scottish accent. Not knowing the difference between number 8 or 9 lol I returned again before coming home and purchased a further 3 pairs. Given time to browse as we pleased but a little assistance with sizes etc would have been helpful. Prices appear good if you split them over the 3 pairs. Would return again if allowed?.”

“Looking for shoes for my husband is really difficult. He has very wide feet and oftentimes we cannot find anything that will fit him. Gino helped him find shoes that were comfortable and fit like a glove. He was very nice too. The store itself is clean and well stocked for the holidays. Upon arrival we were greeted by a cheerful person at the door who also told us about the sales currently offered. All floor staff were wonderful! The only issue we had was at ring out the cashiers seemed to be more interested in visiting with their friends than finishing the sale. It wasn’t enough to take away from the stellar service everywhere else.”

“Y’all family? Everyone was super helpful (hopefully I don’t mess up the names) Angie, Gibson and Mel work as a unit. I was seamlessly helped by each of them, while one would go look for something for me, the other started my return, another talked to me about the newer styles, comparing to the style I like which was discontinued. Very helpful, patient as I was indecisive. All while helping others, these guys are awesome! I’m definitely going back for all future croc purchases.”

I had a specific budget and she advised me on what I would get the most use out of versus what I didn’t need (like a sweater in June in Florida!) The other associate was also great- helping me in the fitting room. Their summer line is beautiful. I love this location.”

“We looked everywhere and came to this store in Orlando all the way from New Jersey. My daughter was looking for prom shoes and was striking out everywhere. Morgan jumped in and offered to help right away as we came in. She was pleasant and did everything to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs including ordering shoes in the right color and shipping them to our home. Although this wasn’t our original budget nor was it where we planned to get her shoes Morgan made the whole experience so pleasant that we decided it was worth the cost to make our daughter happy and felt good about the purchase because of Morgan. She even suggested no skid skins for the bottom of her shoes and gel inserts for the arch to make them more comfortable for her. Would definitely recommend this store and that you ask for Morgan to help you.”

“Very nice selection of dress shirts, pants and suits. Pricing was great and the service was top notch.Very few places have clothing that fits very tall larger men that are fashionable. Men in Style does. We were able to get it tailored to fit so they weren’t boxy looking on an athletic build. Definitely we’ll be coming back for more clothing in the future.”
