“This is the second time we used Crown Trophy… the first time I replicated my sons team winner trophy and the whole process to order the replicate was smooth. This second time around my sons trophy broke and I came in and was greeted by Katie and Dave, from the moment I walked in they were so nice and attentive . They took my sons trophy and fixed it in no time. They helped me to customize and replicate a smaller trophy for son with their amazing knowledge and creativity.
Will definitely continue to work with them as their customer service and attention is beyond amazing.

“Came in for the first time today after recently getting into the hobby. The staff were immediately welcoming and friendly. They had tables set up to help you flip through the singles boxes which was nice. The selection was vast including retro and modern packs, graded slabs, boxes, and a whole wall of singles. Ended up picking up a few singles and they gave us an almost 50% discount without us even asking for one. These people are class acts. I had a lot of fun there.”
“My Softball Assn in Juneau, Alaska (JSA) needed Championship Gear for a Tournament with a quick turnaround. We lost our vendor. I googled several vendors. Imperial Point responded quickly and Derek was fabulous to work with. Thomas and Derek worked hard to get us gear in a timely manner and it came out great. Players are pleased with what they received. I would work with Imperial again and hope anyone else does as well.”
“Absolutely love this skate shop. Delaney helped us and she was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we got the right things. We left feeling confident, excited, and really happy with our purchases. Customer service like this makes all the difference we drove an hour and 20 and we’ll definitely be back.

“Decided to visit Edwin Watts Golf today. I am from out of town so I was relying on the reviews to help me find a good golf store. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. I expressed to the gentleman that I was in the market for a new driver, reasonably price and for a weekend golfer. They guy was very helpful he took out one one time, allowed me to hit a few drivers and didn't push anything on me just because. I apologize I forgot his name but I believe it did start with a "B" Ben. I would would recommend that you stop in whether you are local or from out of town. Thanks again fellas!”

“Prefect shopping experience. When we 1st entered, Bill greeted all customers. He informed us of sales , he knew where items were located in the store, informed us of discount eligibility. When shopping the associates made sure people were finding what they came shopping for. Associates were sweeping, who doesn’t like a clean store?! :)
If customers couldn’t find the right size, associates informed about order from store shipping. The opened up more registers when a wave of people all checked out at once. While leaving the manager was communicating over headset about where coverage and breaks would happen. He was clear, confident and considerate. I will wait and visit Florida from now on. Just to gladly shop here instead of going to my local store.”

“Outstanding staff.Everybody was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the products they had. Not only that, there was zero pressure to purchase. One of the staff worked with me getting a boot that fit my foot and my ability as a skier. After trying on half a dozen boots and comparing the fit I found one that worked great for me. After about 30 minutes and 5 or 6 different boots I found some that worked, the guy who was helping me didn't even allude to me purchasing them that day.I also purchased some skis as well, and Gary didn't even hesitate to stay a few minutes past closing to properly fit the boots to the skis. The time of year I went, most items were heavily discounted, so I also got a great deal.”
“Looking for shoes for my husband is really difficult. He has very wide feet and oftentimes we cannot find anything that will fit him. Gino helped him find shoes that were comfortable and fit like a glove. He was very nice too. The store itself is clean and well stocked for the holidays. Upon arrival we were greeted by a cheerful person at the door who also told us about the sales currently offered. All floor staff were wonderful! The only issue we had was at ring out the cashiers seemed to be more interested in visiting with their friends than finishing the sale. It wasn’t enough to take away from the stellar service everywhere else.”

“Bob & Ron run a great saddlery shop. Repairs are done quite well and in a time efficient manner. Their leather workmanship goes beyond horse items to fine leather products. They do barn deliveries if you can't tear yourself away from your horse.There are a plethora of horse care items. Both English and Western riding equipment are available, new and resale. They have a tack "thrift" boutique selling on commission.What I really appreciate is their ordering items for me that are not available in-store. I'm difficult to fit for boots and they special order them for me- not custom made- but from companies that do make my size. I've not had other local stores offer that here in Central FL.Stockman's is one of a kind gold mine.”
