“The location of this branch is perfect for those that live/travel on the Beachside of Ormond Beach! No trips over the bridge to the mainland required! Close to Publix and other shopping amenities makes it an ideal ATM location. Close to the highway and in full view of passersby makes for a safe location to bank, plus the staff is very friendly!”
“It's an okay bank. Employees are very pleasant. I was kinda surprised (being a former banker) . But not one employee there tried to offer me different products or cross cell anything. I only have a checking account. And they didn't mention Certificate accounts. Credit cards debit cards savings accounts . i'm really quite surprised. They need to go the extra mile. People don't often know that they need certain products unless they recommended to them. I'm surprised that the manager hasn't pushed this issue.”
