DESIREE was my contact and she was outstanding. She explained pros and cons of every tire available for my Mustang. Desiree is knowledgable, meets deadlines, has a great personality, and remembers who her customers are. Stacy, the general manager and Michael the owner care about customer satisfaction. My 4 tires and alignment were completed in 2.5 hours and my vehicle went into the shop just minutes after my scheduled appointment. The tire prices were lower than many other locations. “It was my Second time to come in for service, and the shop handled my oil changes properly. Two problems I had… I asked for a quote when I came in to schedule the appointment and was quoted one price, and then when I went in for the service, the price was almost double what I was quoted Also, that price is what the dealer charges, so I need to decide if it’s worth it to go to the third-Party shop. Last, when My car was finished. I heard one of the mechanics complaining about Subaru. That bumbed out because my other car is a Subaru and why would I bring it there if the mechanics don’t have a good opinion of them.”

“Had a crazy situation, expressed my stress and anxiety about having my two dogs in the car, but had a flat and needed to drive 4 hours. Mark got me in and a new tire within half an hour. Got my dogs a water bowl afterwards and I was set to go. Would highly recommend this location to everyone.”
“Cant believe how good this place is. I towed them a horrible 2008 Audi A8L that the Audi dealership refused to work on. Not only did they fix everything for less than I expected but I received full communication about costs and timing every step. Now it runs like new and everything works as it should. “I brought my car in for an oil change because I received to find in the mail. The manager (I believe his name is Steve) surprised me when it was time to pay by telling me that they were going to be having a veterans special in a couple of weeks that he did not want to penalize me for coming in a little bit early and did the whole thing for free. He did tell me the inspection report and what might need to be done stated there was no hurry on those things and it could probably wait for another service in the future. I also heard staff there speaking to other individuals and they seem to be very low pressure. I was very satisfied and will be returning there for future service. The amenities there were excellent and they had soft drinks and snacks the waiting room was very cool.”

“I am so lucky to have found out about this amazing shop! The first time I went to them was in May after my car broke down out of state and no one here or there would touch my car since it’s a BMW.
