“We had a great experience with Chappie’s Carpet & Floors all around. We worked with Cesar who showed us lots of different options, listened to our needs for the space, and helped us make a great choice. We redid the floors of a condo with beautiful and durable LVP. Cesar answered all the questions from our complex about the materials used to dampen sound so our neighbors wouldn’t be bothered. They were on time and professional with the installation. “I definitely prefer going here over the big box stores. For starters, it's much easier to find someone ready to help. I can walk in with a random screw or some little thingamajig and there's always a retired gentleman who's happy to assist. He'll probably know exactly what this screw or mystery item is for and he'll share helpful tips and suggestions. You just don't get that kind of personal touch at big box stores and that's something I really love about this place.”

“Lately I've had great interactions and help at Home Depot ,yesterday in fact. There was a helpful cashier named Lily who helped me look for a purple Bougainvilla at another store because the only ones they had were much smaller. There also was a gentleman who helped me look for growth hormone and he didn't work in that area. A mere month ago I wasn't as lucky, so things are looking up!”

He even visually showed how the pipes would fit together while I was arguing that he didn't understand. Well, this employee, a retired plumber, certainly did understand and his advice worked like a charm. I am so thankful that he was there to offer excellent advice and sure wish I had gotten his name. “By far one me of the biggest garden section in a Lowe's I have ever seen and the do not hover over u here at the SELF checkout like they do in Osprey it's almost suffocating in Osprey . Terry in the garden dept at Lowe's in Osprey is not the kindest and easy agitated , which makes me not wanna go to that location any more it's just a mess in Osprey . This Lowe's gets a 5 star and I will be coming here although it's 6 more min out of the way the entire over all experience is chill here Thankyou to everyone at the VENICE Lowe's u make me feel comfortable and easy to shop for what my home needs”

“One of two locations here in Sarasota County that I visited. This one is an older facility not very well run. Also access is not the best for large trucks. Kind of off the beaten path. When I have had pre-orders delivered in the past I have been somewhat disappointed in the product and had to return things in person. Their other store up on Fruitville is brand new state of the art and very well run much preferred.”
