We took a dog obedience class here. The store is well organized and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Lines are short.

We no longer have any pets, but when we did, PetSmart by far was our place to go. Great selection of products, and great service.

The Groomers are friendly, caring, and do an excellent job. PetSmart prohibits tipping the Groomers when you check out and pay for the service with a credit card. If you want to show appreciation for a job well done by the Groomers, you better have cash. Very poor policy by PetSmart.
